I ordered 1 red chicken pizza and 2 cans of Pepsi at around 2am today. Pizzaro is just 5-7 mins away by bike from my place. Didn’t get delivery for the food. Pizzaro didn’t even answer zomato’s calls after a point and we got no update from the restaurant about the status. Finally had to cancel the order at 3:45am. To deliver late is one thing, but to not answer calls and not provide any update/ultimately not deliver without informing the reason - is something unheard of in the food industry. It’s absolutely ridiculous, to say the least. Never ordering from this place again in my life. Shame on you Pizzaro.

The call center first told that Jumerah park in pavilion Emirates hill is open till 11, when we reached, found it closed. He also told JLT is open and kids can go, but it turns out to be only delivery / take away outlet. Seems people at call center does not know anything about their resturants.

I am a regular in Pizzaro's branches , just 30 min ago I had Quattro Formagi from pizzaro and you can see the pictute can tell you everything.. Discusting presentation,awful pizza,super cold and very bad taste like really really bad.. sooo cheap ingridients.. very bad..I thought they are good restaurant but I guess I am wrong..I think I will never order from the again in future..

Once I recieved their coupons like 69 for two pizzas and I tried this place. Since then I have ordered pizzas so many times and their margherita 🍕 is my favourite!!!!! Their delivery time is only 30 mins and in case they won’t be able to deliver within 30 mins they would inform you at the time of order. Love their range of pizzas especially the veg ones. Keep up the great work guys!

Lets shout in unison that Pizzas maketh the weekend awesome. Most weekend, one of our meal comprises of Pizzas and I don’t mean to brag, but I have tried an awful and awesome lot of pizzas in the city. It was again time to try a new place and this time we decided to go with Pizzaro. It surprises me that despite living in the area for a good amount of time, I haven’t tried the pizzas from here. Came as a recommendation from a friend and glad we gave it a try. We just placed an order for a simple Margherita pizza, as we weren’t in the mood to experiment much. I wish we did, because the pizza was every bit satisfying. Fresh out of the oven and at my doorstep, packaged neatly and light as a feather in weight, the pizza was delicious. The pizza had a hard crust, but a really smooth slice base. When folded in half, we could experience a classic flavor of marinara sauce, chilli oil that we drizzled on top and cherry tomatoes (though they became soggy, they didn’t alter the taste). Overall, the pizza was satisfying in taste, cheese content balanced, delicious marinara sauce base and a good flavor of basil too. We are definitely going to order from here in future.

Pizza I ordered was tuna and extra buratina. Great combination however the toppings where really not worth the money when u spend 15aed for a topping I expect more on too than just a drizzle. The dough was good however it could be more on the crispy side. I have to say the tirramisu was on point obviously you can not have amaretto in it but it was very well executed. Well done.

There are no negative ratings so giving one star...under cooked pizza (pic attached)with no basil leaves as mentioned in menu..life of no organo flakes. When complained(Ms Amanda) we get an answer that in delivery, basil leaves are not added, while they did not inform it while ordering. Waste of time and money with so many other options available. Very poor customer service.

Pizzaro used to be my pizza place #1 in the town, till last night. I arrived at 8.10 PM, ordered fried calamari, bruschetta, water, and pizza. At 8.40 bruschetta came, which was huge disappointment, dry bread with 1 or 2 tomato pieces by count, I can say with all confidence I make way better ones! The waiter who I really sympthize with gave me bottle of Italian water without even asking me if I want local one, disappeared for more than 10 minutes, so I was left with the water closed. Calamri came, it was nothing close to calamri, something full of oil, and taste was so bad. When the time was 8.55 i lost hope and asked to cancel my order, although I waz starving, because honestly i don't think it's logic to wait that much time for pizza! I blame the stingy management, who's hiring 1 person to deal with all the mess, 1 cooking, 1 delivering and that's all. Pizzaro, never again!

Had lunch here with friends yesterday. Ordered Pollo Piccante and Margherita DOC pizza and from the pasta section Penne Pollo E Funghi and Tagliatelle Alla Salsa Leggera. The margherita pizza was ok but the pollo piccante wasnt good. Although the margherita pizza is supposed to have good amount of cheese but this one lacked that. The penne pollo e funghi was nice and the best out of all that we ordered. Tagliatelle alla salsa leggera was tasteless. Wouldn't recommend this place for Italian cuisine, there are much better restaurants for that.

So i have seen lots of marketing for Pizzaro in JLT and called the contact center to see the details of the free pizza offer, which is free margarita with any 100_aed offer. But since i need a pizza for 2 we decided to try their vegy pizza , and i was really disappointed!!! To see the amount of marketing&followup calls from contact center for a very bad quality pizza: Amount of sauce is almost zero cheese? : 😒sorry what is that we barely tasted cheese Eggplant was bitter And the dough was very very very thin barely had any taste ! Sorry but I found pasta in my oil soup... or is it meant to be like that? For a place that calls itself Italian the quality of the food wasn't very great, I ordered the carbonara and came completely covered in oil, and I mean that I had to use napkins to absorb a little bit of it. To make matters worse the pasta was tasteless, no flavour at all. On the other hand the pasta napolitana and it turned out to be bland, the only thing we could taste was salt. Very disappointed for a restaurant with such a high rate... I was expecting way more than bland, oily pasta.

First and foremost let me acknowledge we used another app to order our pizza's from here as we found a better offer and a better deal. Not being sure on the size of the pizza we placed orders for two - Calabrese ( Beef Salami ) and Capricciosa ( Turkey Ham )and the delivery time would be an hour. To our surprise we got the delivery in 30 minutes which is very commendable and they were larger than what we imagined, Little bigger than the Medium Sized Pizza's. Both Pizza's had perfect thin crust and they had the right combination of ingredients in them leaving you with simple and subtle taste of how most pizza should taste like. There was nothing on the pizza which was too much or on the other hand not required ... While we were enjoying our pizza we made a mental note to ourselves on our next Pizza Party ...

A tasty cold disaster! --- Remember the day when Dubai experienced another big storm. This was the day when I decided to order a Pizza home FOR THE FIRST TIME! Long story short: The ordering process was easy, there was a 25% discount and I got a notice that my food might later. After TWO HOURS, multiple calls, Zomato Chat and an Indian Number calling to check on my delivery, the pizza and the stuffed mushrooms arrived - COLD & MUSHY! To be fair: - the delivery guy tried his best to apologies and deserved his tip, although I was furious and hangry - the price was good for the quantity - I reheated the pizza in the oven and have to say that the taste was great Would I order again..probably not?! I prefer having it at the restaurant freshly delivered on to my plate. Pizzaro didn't manage the circumstances & complaints right. But the food is good. I might give them another chance?!

Pizzaro never fails to impress us with their food. For me, it is truly the address of Italian Food. Food is always fresh, very good service whether dine in or delivery. Panzerotti di Gamberi and Funghi Ripieni Al Caprino are my favourite antipasti. Price is a bit up there but it's totally worth it. And the good thing with this order is it's on promotion 25%off plus we've used the complimentary given by zomato. So nice!

I do eat at this restaurant quite often and their food quality and taste is excellent but it is unfortunate however that the people working there always seem to mess up orders and then not fix them in anyway and instead try to make you pay extra for their mistake which is very upsetting because then you are left with a bunch of food that you did not order or cant eat because of ALLERGIES. I dont think i will eat there again or recommend it seeing as how their customer service is way below average.

This is one of my wife's favourite pizza restaurants in Dubai, it is good, I like the tuna with onions, Tonno I think it's called and she likes the Capricciosa. We live a good way from JLT and it was hot and still tasty. It is one worth trying and hasn't let us down yet.

Pizza for me is home delivery, I rarely order it when I am out. So I ordered two pizzas and they came in a reasonable time and were hot. The vegetarian pizza is rich and had fresh veggies, but what kept me humming is the parmigiana pizza. When I ordered it I thought it would be the appetizer plate but It turned out to be a pizza and I loved it! Its a must try! They have a lemon cake dessert which is fabulous. Its a great place to try for pizzas and especially me being fan of Margherita so decided to order for it. The pizza was delivered well on time and was fresh hot crispy . A staff from pizzaro came to our office and introduced to us and offered us a free tasting of pizza's . They said will be given 6 boxes of pizza for the whole office to try. It came after 2 days and all of us tried the pizza's. Sadly the taste wasnt that good, all were thin crust pizza's and most of my colleagues didnt like think crust. I ordered a pizza parmigiana for dinner and it arrived around 30mn later to dubai Marina. I liked the fact the menu doesn't have different sizes for pizzas, you never have any in Italy... The pizza arrived hot but I had to put it in my oven to have it as it should be. Finally the pizza was good, nice dough and crust but I have to say it lacked some condiments; a few herbs would have helped, like rosemary, thyme and others. By luck I had some so used them and it greatly improved the pizza. I will probably order again next time I feel like an Italian pizza

Pizza was at perfect crust. They need to add some condiments (spices, pepper flakes) for people who like some spices for their pizza. Overall good experience would order again.

Their tuna pizza. Need I say more? Probably the best tuna pizza I’ve had in my life. And trust me, that’s a HUGE thing to say for a pizza lover like me! Everything else they sell is good, but that tuna pizza; it’s where it’s at!

Pizzaro has been part of my JLT food circuit for evenings. Sometimes, we end up being bias because of the proximity to home. Anyway, I am more keen on the pizza than the pasta. We typically end up ordering very similar things in our past visits - Linguini Frutti di Mare and Pollo Piccante. The Pollo Piccante is a thin-crust option with generous topings - large enough for sharing. The pasta dishes are sometimes overcooked and you can spot the difference with the abundance of Italian restaurants all over Dubai. Not my top choice for Italian in JLT.

I'm happy there is another good pizza option close to home. The wife and I tried Pizarro and we loved it. We ordered the Salmone Affumicato Pizza and Linguine Frutti di Mare. Our pizza was excellent. There was so much smoked salmon on it. The rocket, walnuts, goat cheese, and raisins sounded odd when I first looked at the description, but they made for a tasty pizza. What a nice combination of flavors. The linguine was also very good. The sauce wasn't special, but it was better than similar pastas I've had in Dubai. The great thing about this pasta was that the linguine was cooked perfectly al dente. If the pasta is overcooked, it doesn't matter too much to me how good the sauce it. Nice job, Pizzaro! They have other interesting pizzas I look forward to trying.

The first time i dined here was with friends shortly before working in JLT. This was where i had my first decent thin-crust pizza and learnt of spiced olive oils to go along with your pizza. For a newbie in Dubai back then it was such a satisfying experience. Loved the tiramisu too. Service and food here both give you a sense of value for money. Glad it's so close to JLT metro too, easy to visit often,

Fast and efficient service, decent pizza egually to all pizzaro, tiramisu is a good option ;) ... choices, cheaper prices. A good option as it's pressed or for delivery

Their first starter on the menu (pizza dough with prawn ragout) is amazing! They don't have any indoor seating so it's going to get very hot in summer. But besides, their pizzas are pretty good. We had the Capricciosa. Wish they also had risotto on their menu.

Very nice restaurant and the food was delicious The pizza was good everything was good the waiter was so pretty. And yes' the bread they brought for a starter was very delicious too.

Favorite pizza place among the JLT options. Their caprese salad is good as is the Margherita and Buffalina pizza along with the regular pepperoni ones. Tiramisu is also decent for the fact that it's delivery. If you are considering itza pizza instead of Pizzaro....you are making a mistake.

This is another gem in JLT. I ordered for the linguine Ai Frutti Di Mare. And it was very good. My only issue is there wasn't any bread to soak up the lovely sauce

So I stumbled upon this while searching for a pizzeria that is willing to deliver pizza at 12:30 other than the fat stuffed pizza hut! and there it was Pizzaro was nearby still open and delivers I was feeling lucky so I called. I ordered pollo affumicata with added veggies for 60 dhs. Simply put DELICIOUS!! Thin crispy crust, generous amount of toppings, mozzarella was melting sooo good! Sun dried tomatoes had a tangy taste that explodes in your mouth. It was delivered in exactly 30 minutes still hot ;) so yes give it a try Update: Went today for lunch, one of the best italian meals I ever had! We ordered chicken pizza with red pepper, tuna sandwich, cesar salad and french fries, all were superb!! The best thing about this meal was a complimentary bread with olive oil dip, I've never tasted bread that tasted that good nor have I tasted olive oil that flavoursome. I leave you with pics :)

Ordered 2 Pizzas: The La Frutti Di Mare and the La Capriciossa. We Loved both of them. I had asked her to replace the Turkey with Some Chicken). Id recommend this place if I had to ... :)
