I had been to this restaurant few months back. Good ambience and can have good time here with friends. Ambience is simple but impressive and spacious. We ordered for Grilled meat tikka, arayees meat and shawarma plate. Shawarma was good. Service is very quick.

Unacceptable delivery time and order. I ordered from Zomato my meal to include a salad of which I specifically stated that I didn't want onions, radishes, celery and bell peppers on my salad; however I received it anyways incorrect. I had to wait over an hour to get my food. Then Zomato tells me that I will get my new salad from the restaurant right away and then after an hour i still had not received it. I called the restaurant and they said it would be tomorrow or I could wait another hour. I have to work the next day and don't need to wait another hour. Zomato would not refund my money or get my salad here in a timely manner as I originally asked. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE on ZOMATOs part and the restaurant for not getting my order here timely. VERY BAD.

I had put a comment on my order and I also called the restaurant to confirm if they understood my request. Even after my follow up, the order came without taking care of my requests. I had asked the telephone operator Ahmed, at Automatic Jumeirah beach centre, to mix Hummus and Garlic sauce is all my sandwiches. The operator first resisted to my request and then when I explained him that I have been ordering from other branch of Automatic the same way as I don’t like just Hummus in my sandwich, he later agreed. I had also requested in my order for extra garlic paste to which the operator straight away gave me a “NO, not Possible”, and I understood him as he was ready to put garlic paste in my sandwiches. But Now, when I receive my order after 1 Hour and 10 mins, The cold Soggy Sandwiches doesn’t have my Garlic Paste/Sauce and they taste Bad! The arabic telephone operators are so not cooperating!!!

So as per what I see from all reviews given automatic doesn’t give importance to customer and after getting a lot of complains keeps the same standard of bad service. Ordered food at 10:30am and got call from driver saying he’s in Sheik Zayed road at 1:00pm and wants location. Hats off to such perfect service.

Automatic is one of my favorite Arabic restaurant , over last few years the management has changed but the taste still remains good . The boneless grilled chicken remains one of my favorite dishes . The daily dish meal is also wholesome and they offer different varieties daily . The chicken shawerma is one of the best in town. Overall , highly rated for its food .

Because its a well known restaurant I did not mind waiting 50 mins for delivery. I was stupidly sure it won’t take that long but the food arrived an hour later and I couldn’t believe that the shawarmas were ice cold. I even ordered mix grill which was anything but BBQ hot. The fries were all soggy. I vow to never order again. And Zomato would do well to specify from which branch the food will be delivered. Had I know it was coming from Bur Dubai/Jumeirah I would have never gone ahead.

The food here is well prepared however, service is ridiculously slow. I dont know if we were treated that way because we were ‘Indian’. The place says they are open at 10 am. We went in expecting a nice friday brunch. When asked if they were serving, the man at the counter says- we just opened. We sat down and requested for two plates of falafels first up. The waiter smiled and disappeared and never came back out. Over the next half hour, hungry and awaiting we requested twice more for someone to take an order. Each one ran back inside in the same speed as the first waiter. Later when for the fourth time we ‘requested’ for our order to be taken, the guy at the counter says we serve only at 11am!!! I will never step into this place again. I would rather be without good lebenese food!!

I always like to have freshly baked arabic bread. This is one place where you get this. Fresh bread with hummous tastes great at this place.We had a half platter of automatic special. It had mixed kebab of chicken and lamb. Lamb tasted very good. We had fresh juice and the restaurant was curteous enough to give us a wonderful dessert for free. Looking forward to be there again.

Best shawarma I have eaten in Dubai, hands down! A few weeks ago everyone in the office wanted to have lunch together with our pick being to order shawarmas. None of us had ever tried Automatic but they delivered to D3 so we thought we would give it a go! Myself and a few of the other girls opted for the 20AED meal deal. This came with: two mini shawarmas (which were basically regular sized), a small fries and a drink. Can you believe this was only 20AED ?!? The shawarmas tasted sensational when they arrived, piping hot still and the chicken was extremely juicy with plenty of garlic sauce hidden within, just how I like it! However, some of the girls wanted a mix of chicken and beef shawarmas and when we called to place our order they told us they had run out, we called at 11:30am, so we thought this was a bit odd. Despite this hiccup, I will definitely order again in the future as this place is a gem hidden in plain sight!

The view is great, the ambiance is excellent in-spite it in a mall. I simply love the food when greens are combined with meats. I had the Zucchini stuffed with lamb and curried with laban. The fattoush had a hint of balsamic vinegar and with lentil soup It was a full meal. The restaurant offers great Lebanese food.

Lately I have been on the hunt for a favorite shawerma, so after reading some lists I ended up here. Despite the fancy menu, they did have what I wanted and here is how it went: Food: Olives (passivetizer) - nice olives with a unique taste which I couldn't put down. Large quantity too Meat and Cheese Sambusek - this appetizer proved to taste rather good. I preferred the cheese slightly, but both had nice filling and pleasant dough Chicken Shawerma - ended up being possibly my favorite shawerma: the chicken was soft and there was just enough toum to amplify its taste. It wasn't stuffed with fries but also had just enough to compliment. Bread was a bit plain but that counted almost nothing against it Meat Shawerma - also delicious although different. Might have had a bit too much seasoning, but it was still delicious and I'll get it again too Fries - very good, but slightly plain and a bit soft Service: very nice, although the first waiter could not speak English. I couldn't call that a complaint though Ambiance: very nice and casual although the music was quite... different Bang for Buck: could be a bit cheaper, but not bad at all In summary, their Chicken Shawerma is now in the running as my favorite and I'll be happy to have it again.

Hummus and shawerma was 10/10 while kebabs were 7/10. Lamb kebab is a must try though!! I think they need to focus on customer service and presentation of food.

The food at automatic never fails to impress. Love their shawarmas, grill platters and the humus. Today we tried the sheesh tawook sandwiches (a bit healthier than the chicken shawarma sandwich), babaghanosh and Humus. The all were excellent. The Jumeriah outlet though needs a bit of sprucing up to make it a bit lively. A must try if you are in Dubai.

In my childhood years this restaurant was our favourite,all our gatherings wr there, All our parties we would order from there, Unfortunately now it's our worst, Once we ordered lamb chops it was so bad,that can't say how We said finish no more automatic. But few days back we said lets give another try, sorry to say it was worst. This used to be our regular go to Reataurant whenever we fancied a simple Arabic meal. The chicken shawarma and hummus used to be my staple meal here. The shawarma is adequate. The pita bread is filled with nicely seasoned sliced chicken along with the mandatory French fries and pickles. The garlic sauce adds a nice touch to the sandwich. The hummus is great to dip the sandwich in and has been consistent over the years. The service was always rather impersonal.

I must say, its not just about the food being served but the service these guys give. I want to name a few who did a splendid job at serving during my course. They call him captain Nazir. Truly a one. Had ordered wings and had mistakenly told them to pour in the sauce on the grilled wings!! Never ever do that! to myself to all of you. The captain stood there in front of kitchen literally me waiting and witnessing it, unmoved, till the chef re-makes the wings to its optimum. I feel sorry for the captain to have made him doing that ofcourse. But hard work pays, someway. The dish recreated was Fantabulous! it was a real treat. Also I could sense a lot of team work and discussion behind taking orders from every table. So credits to the guys who I met - Mr Saeed the manager, Mr Nazir the Captain & Karen the waitress who served. Good job and recommend more visits to the restaurant.

This is the real deal. Lebanese food that is just like it should be, no frills just good honest food. We order the mixed grill most days and all the items whether chicken or meat is succulent and smoky grilled with a bit of charring. The generosity of old school Lebanese restaurants is fading but not with Automatic, who gladly throw in whatever is expected as sides to the main course, and during Ramadan you will even get a few added surprises in keeping with the holy month traditions. Automatic is like ordering food from an aunt. Their drivers are great too and their muhalabiya is the best I've ever tasted.

Automatic is Dubai’s original Lebanese food franchise. Almost everyone who has lived here for any length of time will have dined at one of their many branches at some time. Their Friday lunch buffet was once the stuff of legends. No more. Although the brand was spruced up a couple of years ago, it and many of its outlets look tired and haggard, especially this one at the Jumeirah Beach Center (itself in desperate need of an upgrade). There are two parts to this Automatic at the JBC, the main restaurant at the entrance, and a fast food sandwich/shawarma counter towards the middle of the mall. I’ve dined at both, preferring the sandwich/shawarma counter which allows you to sit in the brightly lit, common area of the mall as opposed to the drabby restaurant. The food is honest, straightforward, borderline comfort food. The grills are what you should consider ordering but remind them not to overcook the kebabs, a common shortcoming. The mezza’s are good too, and diverse; one can make a wholesome meal of just mezza. Service is usually friendly if slightly Arabic biased. But Automatic has never been my Lebanese of choice (particularly now). My vote for VFM Lebanese franchise goes to Reem Al Bawadi or Leila. Waste NOT. Want NOT.

I have given this place 3.5 as the price is very low compared to the quantity and quality. The food is not the best, but service, price, and quantity are reasonable. If u have small budget, then have food in this place. Its definitely better than all the other fast food chains.

We don't visit this restaurant much due to our past experiences, but since the one we were going to was full and we were too hungry, we decided to go take a chance again.... Even on a Friday night, this spacious restaurant had just one table occupied. The lighting of this place is too dull, feels too low, makes me unhappy... However, we sat down to order 1. Hammus Beiruti Hammus with garlic paste, i normally like this everywhere else but this time it was very liquidy for my liking. 2. Kebab Kash kash This is our favorite in lamb kebabs, but to be honest the way it was made and presented here, it was just ...... "what's this dude?" Its not on their menu so the waiter had to reconfirm with the chef if he could make that, which we instantly regretted as it came to our table. i really didnt like it and i was stuffing it down my throat. 3. Fattoush This was just fine. I dont think i would be going here (atleast this restaurant) any time soon. Until next time, bon appetite

We placed an home delivery order and it was assigned to this particular Automatic outlet. The food arrived a good half hour later and after multiple followups from Zomato Team. The food arrived cold and all dishes were rubbery and all meat items had become hard. In addition the order was incomplete a combo was delivered without soft drink. We tried following up with Zomato but conveniently the restaurant became unreachable. We too left our chase for a can of soft drink. All in all a disappointing evening. However we have visited multiple Automatic outlets in past and their service is much better for dining in.

Took over an hour to deliver. Ordered the biggest family mix grill they had and it was loaded with bread and arayes even if u was carb loading I wouldn't be happy with that. Meat was only enough for 2 people and paying over 150 dhs you expect Better than that. Many more Lebanese joints better than this.

Sadly this restaurant has a long history in Dubai but what got to me to add 1 rating is their constant late deliveries daily and using excuses, to me they lost their values and that quality over quantity touch, sad but true.

Automatic has been serving the same assign taste since I can remember. Their kebabs are just to tasty. This branch getting a table is easy and ample parking available. Here we ordered A. Chicken shawarma sandwich - they had a promotion going on. The sandwich was served with fries and drink for AED 12. B. Filafil sandwich - we asked them to make it spicy. It was decently good. C. Humoos - one place where the regular humoos is better than humoos Beruti. D. Half grilled chicken on charcoal - good portions served with humoos and fries. Really good.

I love automatic food..the kababs are just awesome...you can easily get a table to sit..parking is also not an issue there...what we ordered *chicken shawarma sandwich-there was a deal goin on ..shawarma sw with fries and drink for 12 dhs... *spicy filalfil sandwich-their filafils ate just perfect *hummos-their hummos is really nice and creamy *grill chicken-half plate grill chicken came with hummos and fries

Automatic is one of the oldest chain of Lebanese restaurants. Visited this restaurant on 10 Jan 2017. Ordered Hommous, Tabbouleh salad, Okra, Escalope Chicken. Jumeirah Beach Centre is a very quiet mall so there isn't much rush here. Food and service was ok here not as good as some of the other branches.

Our favorite Lebanese restaurant specially for delivery. We order it at least once a week for a health meal. Their shish tawook is yummy and grilled meat and arayess along with all the hot and cold mezze they have. Their restaurant in jumeirah is nice a little bit old but for the quality of their food you don't really care about the interior of the place. Their delivery service is fast and reliable.

First time visit to this place, We were ordered Shish Tawook and mixed grill and some drinks and quantity was fair enough for two families. It was served with hummus,garlic paste,salad, fries and khubus. The food was average,ambiance is good, waiting time was considerable and the price is reasonable. The restaurant was almost empty so they could served the food without much waiting time.

Automatic was once the city's favorite and one of the best Lebanese restaurants, with a doubt. However, seeing their current state is disheartening as both the food and service have gone downhill like no one's business. My list visit to this outlet was disappointing as the food tasted nothing like it used to or it should even by normal standards. The service was a bit slow as well, even though the staff was humble and friendly. Hope they improve their quality and food as their regulars would choose them over others in a heartbeat.

Had dinner here. The fatteh meat came with no salt whatsoever. The fattoush was sour to the point everyone blinked for couple of minutes after the first mouthful. The kebab and the makenak sausage was mediocre. Bad food!
