Sorry for the restaurant to get bad review for this, but Zomato should really value their customers - specially when the restaurant already informed that they agreed to a refund. So what’s the outcome? Yes I cannot get my money back, but will get a free burger in the future. I’ll most likely forget I have that burger in some random restaurant I decided to try on Zomato, and voila money wasted. Super bad service for a Zomato Gold customer.

I never regret a beef burger from Sheikh and Shake, real meat burgers albeit slightly on the pricier side. The milkshakes are excellent too, my favorite is the peanutbutter. Packaging also involves little plastic (only the cups) which reduces guilt on carbon footprint if you care about that stuff.

We had visited this outlet of Sheikh & Shake on a weekend. Small and cozy restaurant with good music playing in the backyard. They have a nice dine in area inside as well as outside their restaurant. <br/><br/>We were surprised by their newly introduced Veg Burger aptly named as Beyond Sheikh. This was beyond our expectations. Made purely from plant based ingredients like Peas, Beetroot, Bamboo etc. No one will believe that the patty is vegan. Patty was wrapped in lettuce leaves, they have option of bread also. But i would prefer it in Lettuce the way they make it, the crunchy taste of the lettuce goes very well with the patty. One more Burger you must not miss is the Spicy Crispy Chicken Burger. They use their secret marination sauce to make it more tastier.<br/>

We ordered mushroom and classic burgers - heavenly juicy! Kitkat and choco peanut butter milkshakes are satisfyingly extra thick! Staff are warm and pleasant. Condiments are readily available per table. Area is generally clean. They have seats outside with the lake view. Will definitely be coming back.

Received a call from Shknshk, the least I can acknowledge is your ability to follow up on any remark - every business makes mistakes once in a while, and the experience was what it was this one time but it is only fair that my rating also reflects the many other instances where the food and service are up to the mark. I am sure the next order, soon enough, will be the one of reconciliation.<br/><br/> I usually order to you, never really had to complain. 2 things this time, one is the price increase I am pretty sure any top burger meal used to be max 42 aed and we now fall around 50 aed for the same. Second is the fact that my last order was served room temperature despite living few clusters away. It can be the best joint in the world, if the fries aren't warm... They taste like defeat. I put one star on this experience plus one star in rememberance of the better days.

Loved each and every dish of their highly recommend you guys to try out their sweet potato fries and their milkshakes which were pretty thick and filling.Absolutely loved them. Their pizzas too are pretty cheesy and soft which is unlike other pizza places you would see. Although on drawback of this place would be their ambiance within. The seats and tables were not that well maintained and were pretty dirty.But the food of this place for sure compensated for it. I understand that it was after midnight but still shouldn't happen. I've had a good exp with S&S earlier but this has ruined my experience with them. Hope they dont repeat this again.

Jlt is filled with many restaurants, recently I visted @sheikhandshake they have a good variety of burgers, pizzas and milkshakes. If craving for junk food do check them out. I tried their Oreo and Nutella Milkshake (5/5) which I highly recommend it was totally yummy 😍 The milkshake was soo thick and fresh! I also tried their Vegetarian Pizza (4.2/5) which was delicious and cheesy. I had visited this place yesterday with a friend. The interiors are pretty bright and comfortable so is the view! We ordered oreo shake and dates and honey smoothie. The oreo milkshake was blended to perfection and was so heavenly. It is undoubtedly the best I've had. The date and honey shake was also really nice. Then we tried their combo platter which consisted of chicken wings, chicken strips, cheese jalapeno poppers, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. My favourite were the mozzarella sticks. The cheese pull was too good to ignore. They were served alongside various sauces of different flavours. Next we ordered their all supreme chicken pizza and spicy chicken crispy burger meal alongside sweet potato fries. To end it all, we had their double chocolate fudge cake which was an absolute delight. The service is very warm and welcoming. Will definitely visit again.

The burger taste good and the size is for than sufficient for one person. Tried the crispy chicken burger meal and the signature Angus burger. The patty and bun texture was great. The fries on the other hand was too oily to eat. The staff are friendly but need a bit of time to understand your exact requests.

There is no shortage of hotels in the JLT area. The cluster and food hubs are in close association to delight the residents as well as outsiders. However, if you are craving for some junk food, you can consider this eatery since it serves some delicious pizzas and burgers.<br/><br/>The entrance of the hotel was under construction, which was a big glitch for me. But as soon as this construction is over, I would rate 5 on 5 for the ambiance.<br/><br/>Food was great as well. I was hearing a lot about this place and was expecting a really cool place with great burgers. I got seated on a table indoors and when I put my hands on the table I felt something so table was dirty. The guys didn’t even need to apologize or explain anything. When I went to wash my hands, the restroom was not neat and didn’t look clean. Then anyways I ordered one of their gourmet burger meals with a beef burger. It took quite long time for a burger and during this time, there were 2-3 people standing behind main counter which again made me suspicious about the hygiene. Lack of neatness was across overall restaurant so I didn’t feel good to eat and couldn’t finish my burger. The taste was not bad but not extraordinary. Fries were delicious. But before everything else, feel of hygienic was what I missed here.

Yummy! A very juicy and tender burger with all of the works. It wasn’t too messy and definitely satisfied my craving. We also got the vanilla milkshake which was pretty good, very sweet! I highly recommend Sheikh & Shake and we will be back soon. <br/><br/>One thing to note is if you use Zomato Gold, it covers the price of the burger and not the fries and drink. However, the fries and drink are roughly 12 dirhams in the combo so it’s really not significant.

Recently tried out sheikh and shake that I have been hearing so much about. We ordered the newly launched the royal sheikh beef burger and the crispy chicken burger. Both of them were really good but the royal sheikh was extra juicy and we totally loved it. In drink we order the nutella milkshake(4/5) and the newly launched cinnamon toast crunch milkshake(5/5). Overall i really liked both the newly launched items and hope to try out other items on the menu including the pizza etc soon.

The first time I tried Sheikh & Shake was actually the first time I encounter the name as well, and definitely it won’t be my last! <br/>I love the burgers there, they are really juicy and delicious! They also offer a wide variety to choose from.<br/>I ordered the Smokey Sheikh burger & I loved it! I placed my order for delivery and it was served with generous amounts of sauce, ketchup, and mayo (very neat packaging) Recommended, definitely!

I tried Nutella milkshake which was delicious but I didn’t like the staff behavior especially the Filipino waiter cum cashier cum everything. Hygiene was also an issue and this is why 2 rating !!

I really like this restaurant in JLT, just between the lake and the park. Just the name makes me smile and think only in Dubai 😄. I tried the vegetarian burger in a lettuce wrap that is GMS, gluten, soy free and only contains 300 kcal and has 20 g of protein 💪🏻, I can’t see what’s not to like! I really appreciate that you can order all burgers here in lettuce wraps, so it makes it a bit more guilt free. The fries are very good and served with a dip that has a bit of a punch in it, just right 👌🏻. And the new cereal milkshakes are just delicious and fun and dare I say a lot more reasonably priced than some other places.

Cap off your weekend with a scrumptious barbacoa #pizza at @sheikhandshake . This pizza is to die for! Its crispy bottom crust is topped with barbecue chicken, spicy beef, bacon, pepperoni and onions... just delish!<br/><br/>Don't forget to try #Sheikhandshake 's mouth watering shakes. I tried the oreo shake and it's one of the best shakes I've tasted - flavourful, smooth and creamy.<br/><br/>Will definitely come back to try out their famous burgers.

Unfortunately not the best burgers. I ordered sliders and the super sheikh for home delivery. Unfortunately the super sheikh arrived a sloppy mess. There’s just too much going on to arrive via delivery in a edible state. I ended up with a “wet” burger as the bun was saturated in sauce and everything else. The sliders were over cooked and dry so not enjoyable at all. Fries were ok. Shame really as I’d eaten there years ago and it was pretty good then.

Well, went there with lot of expectations but didn't like quite like the food we try. Burgers we try, quite bland they were. Fries were good but burgers were really deprived of taste. Had Loaded Sheikh meal n Sheikh Royal.<br/><br/>Value of money is none.<br/>

Ordered the super shiek meal from here . It's a classic and you can't go wrong with it . One of the best burgers in JLT. Milkshakes here are all good . Staff Is nice . Quantity for all burgers is very filling.

I used to order a lot from Sheikh&Shake a few months back as I was hooked. Their burgers and fries were unbelievably delicious...were.<br/>I decided to visit the actual restaurant a few months later and let's just say... i will be ordering from them maybe a few months later when Im feeling hopeful about this order.<br/>The Loaded Burger doesn't taste the same as before and the dish became cold after 2-3 minutes of being on the table.<br/>Also, the patty was almost black as you can see. I have never ever seen a patty this dark which was disappointing.<br/>The location was alright and the environment of the restaurant was OK.

Not sure what’s the hype about I ordered the Spicy Sheikh. Was not spicy! And towards the end as I was having the last few bites I take a look at the burger and the meat is raw? Pink meat I am not a fan. Sorry! Would never eat from this place . Absolutely disgusted

Lazy Thursday we went to Sheikh and Shake Branch in Jlt , we ordered the food and didn't have to wait for long . It's one of that place in JLT which has good view and quick service. We ordered their special and best sellers.<br/>My favourite was their fried chicken burger ( spicy and delicious) totally my taste . Even my husband loved his beef burger. We ordered large size pizza for us which was sheikh and shakes specially pizza and no doubt it was tasty as it looks. Kids and me had good time and loved our experience at this place they serve coffee too with free WiFi . So if you want to come and dine while working , I recommend it. They have indoor and outdoor sitting area so you can take advantage by sitting outside in this lovely weather . I visited this place with my mom and had an absolutely amazing time. We chose to sit outside and though they have a small setup; it’s simply beautiful. Love the bulbs that adorn the small seating arrangement and also liked the overall ambiance of this place. The view is nice, buzzing with activity in the evening. Inside the restaurant is just like any other burger joint with pretty white and pink checkered tables. So in this weather I totally recommend you guys to visit this place with friends and family. <br/><br/>I ordered their Sheikh Supreme pizza which is their signature pizza and loved it. It has chicken, beef mushrooms (my favorite) . It is simply delicious and definitely worth having. Thin slices loaded with meat and mushrooms and olives were simply mouthwatering. Next, I ordered their Classic Sheikh meal which consisted of fries , drink and a loaded burger. Definitely enough for one person and simply delicious. I loved the fresh crispy fries and they were a nice change for me as they were as good as street French Fries . Fresh and crispy with chaat masala and yummy garlic mayo. They were gone in seconds. The burger was beef burger with good amount of cheese. The bun was just how I like it. I totally recommend it. <br/><br/>My mom had their salad and she was happy with it. This review is solely based on burgers. I’ve tried the super sheikh which is presumably their signature and the grilled chicken burger. Although the buns were soft and ingredients looked fresh but both burgers lacked something. In fact, the grilled chicken was pretty average nothing special. The super sheikh was quite big with a thick patty but the patty itself lacked some juiciness and saltiness. Overall experience was pretty ok but I had way higher expectations.

This was my 4th time ordering from them. You can tell ofcourse that I like their food. Their sliders are really good. The burgers are juicy and the meat is fresh. Their shakes thick and tasty. I could do with a couple of more options of shakes but they are well worth it nonetheless.<br/>The thing that needs improvement is their appetizers. I ordered their appetizer combo, and it leaves something to be desired. The mozzarella sticks are dry, the wings are the same. The jalapeno poppers are a bit better but could do a bit better.I will order their burgers again. The appetizers... I am not too sure about.

Nice burgers and milkshakes<br/>We we're in a mood for some burgers and did not want to drive, so we took a walk to SnS. The burgers are nice and one of them is BiG. The burgers are juicy and have good basic flavour. The add-ons added as flavour on various burger varieties is excellent.<br/>We were impressed the vegetarian burger, the patty was fresh and crisp.<br/>The portion of fries with each burger is big, I don't think you can finish it. Over a lipsmacking belly satisfying experience.

Worst delivery order if you just don't know how to take a simple order of 3 grilled chicken and 3 beef burgers than send a slider box with different order inside of it than after calling the restaurant their solution is (sir I will give 20%percent discount as if I needed the discount) food went directly to the trash bin such a waste of time and money<br/>

Their slider mini burgers are superb. They come in three different flavours. I'm not a fan of their fries. But the burgers are really amazing. I only wish they had more fresh ingredients in the burgers.

So I am currently on a quest to find the best burger in town. Though many outlets with chart buster ratings dissapointed, the Royal Sheikh Burger🍔 here has definitely got into my favouritr list!<br/><br/>A simple no frills beef burger with bun,cheese&sauce,a slice of tomato and potato bun! I am a strong believer of no frills burgers and I got exactly what i wanted!<br/>

Ordered hotdog with chilli and cheese and crispy chicken meal with fries and milkshakes.<br/>The burger was really big and bursting with flavours.The fries were okay.But the hotdog was not that great though.It could’ve been better.<br/>The milkshakes were so rich in flavour and so thick i couldn’t drink that with the small straws. Big straws will be a great help.

I would have definitely gave 5 stars except for the fact that the Royal burger is apparently SPICY and I hate spicy, so I had to throw it and take half of my wife's Classic. The menu MUST say if a sandwich is spicy. I was super disappointed about that to be honest. But the classic burger is just AWESOME, one of the best burgers in town!

Well prepared and presented burgers and fries in a custom made box. The burger patty was juicy and the toppings were just right. Milkshake was delicious too. One suggestion, not everyone wants to order the full meal, there should be an option to choose the burger only. If there is an option, I couldnt find it on the Zomato app!

The best joint in town to have the best Burgers, Pizzas and milk shakes. Sheikh & shake is my go to place on thursdays and fridays after coming back from a party. Their Spicy shake burger is to die for, A must try. The Tandoori Chicken pizza and the Banana Peanut Butter milkshake are my favourites as well. The staff is very helpful and kind and always greet you with a smile.

Recently they introduced two new burgers and two new Milk Shakes which has been a superb hit.<br/><br/>Royal Sheikh, their newest beef Burger made with the best quality Angus Beef from the US.<br/>Beyond Sheikh is an amazing new vegetarian burger that looks and tastes just like beef.<br/><br/>Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milkshake is a Premium milkshake made with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal blended with vanilla ice cream. I also tried their Beyond Sheikh. Truely it is beyond words to express.

I ordered their spicy grilled chicken meal and chocolate peanut shake. The burger was delicious and juicy but the bun broke very easily so it got a little messy. The shake was just as i had expected with a decent portion size. Delivery speed was super fast.

I never thoguht I would write this as i have been a loyal customer of sheikh shake for a few years now so I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in the treatment I just received when I called to report a missing item. Your driver arrives without my drink. I call and I am told it would be resolved only to call back and be told the driver CLAIMS he dropped it off so nothing you can do. When i insist this isnt the case I am told to take it up with Zomato. <br/><br/>Here comes zomato who I assume will do something only to then be told that after checking the driver is still LYING that he dropped off the drink when he didn't. What is sad is I am rhe first one to tip my delivery guys so why this lie has been told I am baffled and why you have decided it is not your concern and left me WITHOUT a drink is appalling. <br/><br/>You might not care sheikh shake but you have lost me as a customer. And I will definitely spread the word to others seeing as you don't care how you treat your customers these days. <br/><br/>And zomato I'm confused how your customers are not safe ordering through you if this issue couldn't be resolved with me actually getting my drink qnd the solution us to offer me a 5dhs "good will " voucher like I didnt pay for my drink that cost more!!!
