It’s been almost a year since we visited Carluccio’s. They managed to keep the good quality and consistency. The service was good and they maintained physical distancing better than other restaurants. <br/><br/>Nevertheless, the place is over priced you can almost have fine dining for the same price. <br/><br/>Other than that it’s very good.

It was kids eat free with a main course. We had lunch here today. The prawn risotto was quite nice. Bhanu, our server, was quite attentive. The kids enjoyed their pasta and brownie with ice cream.

It was an amazing experience to dine here earlier today for breakfast.<br/>I got my friends with me and the management staff warmly welcome us and call us ladies and Miss, and we felt more younger coz we are all moms. It’s just feels good the way the manager also call us Miss like we are young ladies 😊 I hope all the restaurant management are like them. <br/>We’ll definitely going back on the next weekend.

One of my favorite places. Have started coming here since the outlet in Ibn Batuta shut. I love the lasagne and kids love the kids meals. This place has ample seating, portions are excellent and the kids menu is excellent.

Food was really good. I tried their verdure pizza and burrata pizza is tasty. It’s nice to have lunch for family here as they giving some coloring stuffs for kids. The star is only for service. Friendly staff, in fact we were offered compliment pasta from the live counter. We usually love the food at carluccios. But today, it was a disappointment. I ordered for a tagliatelle pasta with pesto n arrabiata mix. The pasta was over salty and wasn’t tasting fresh. Prawn risotto was just ok. <br/>

We had a birthday party for my 7 year old daughter at the Springs Souk location. It was fantastic! The Carluccio's team went above and beyond. I just mentioned it was a birthday and they put up a banner with her name, a balloon arrangement, and balloons for the kids to take home.<br/><br/>The servers were extremely courteous and super helpful. They anticipated most of our and the children's needs. They even allowed us to use coupons for all the pizza we ordered.<br/><br/>This party went well because the team at Carluccio's was outstanding. I recommend all moms to plan at least one party there. It was fun and cost effective. I would give these guys 7 stars if I could.

Tonight I had the pleasure of dining at Carluccio׳s here in The Souk Springs. I hadn’t been for a long time but I thoroughly enjoyed the food and I won’t leave it as long again. It was exactly what I needed and I enjoyed it tremendously. The service was first class and our waiter Bhanu was extremely attentive and helpful. His attitude alone would be enough to make us return. Visited Carluccios after a long gap and it felt like walking into a totally new place. The new menu, good ambience and a team of young vibrant friendly staff made our evening worthwhile. The menu is much diverse than before and it has got an Italian Mediterranean twist. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and the grilled prawns is a must try. Cant end the review without mentioning about JJ and Bhanu who assisted us in choosing the right dishes and also giving us the best service . So I recommend everyone this new branch in Springs Souq and its a must visit guys.

I didn’t know what Halibut fish was and hadn’t tasted it before. What they served was amazingly delicious with its great sauce and perfectly marinated fish. I used Carluccios Springs Souk for my 5 year old's birthday party, they make a pizza each themselves and get a drink for 50AED per head, Carluccios supplied decorations - balloons, a name banner etc for the party and the staff were very good with the children. <br/>And they also clean up!<br/>I recommend them for this type of birthday / activity - its an small area away from main restaurant so not invading regular diners too much and kids had a great time.
