We visited flow for lunch on a weekday and since it is located on the financial tower, the place was filled with people from various offices. They are known for their healthy and organic food dishes. We ordered the<br/>Sweet potato Wedges<br/>Soup of the day (Pumpkin Soup)<br/>Edamame (Garlic Chilli)<br/>Flat White Coffee<br/>All the dishes were fresh and delicious. A lot of the items on the menu are quite pricey. Prompt service. Courteous staff. Overall, a good experience and would definitely keep visiting again.

Hiii guys i must say if you want to hang out ,Orr chill with friends ,family then Flow is a nice place . My friends ordered patato wedges and shakshouk very delicious and as quality wise I will rate five star but the interior is not that much attractive.but I must say that you should visit here once .

💯 Cool points to flow for being plastic free. This take away box's lid is made from plants 🌿 which is ah-may-zing!! Moving to the food, I've tried their baked goods, which is quite nice and a healthier alternative to the regular goodies in the city. My personal fav is the Carrot Cake, which actually tastes like yummy carrot in a cake with a cream cheese frosting.

Ended up here to catch up with a friend before heading for a meeting. Nice cozy place with urban interiors. They have a lot of different options available for lunch. We ordered the mushroom pasta with feta (pasta for the day, chicken was replaced for feta). And the charcoal burger with butternut fries & aubergine on the side. Both tasted amazingly well.

I visited Flow for breakfast on a weekend with family, it was not busy and the parking was easy to get. The staff were friendly and welcoming, its a self service place but they still served us on the table since it was not busy. <br/><br/>For the healthy options, I had the egg white with vegetables and their small salad platters and I chose to have one scoop of each of their salads, I also asked for 2 dressings: the kale dressing and the tahini dressing, both were really good.<br/><br/>Great experience overall.

Flow is ahead of the times, a jump into the future, a concept cafe and restaurant – but, most importantly, it serves delicious and nutritious food!. Located in the trendy Emirates Towers, home to such innovation hubs as the Dubai Future Foundations, the Dubai Future Accelerators, and the Youth Center – Flow is comfortable in its role as an extension of this creative free-flow of ideas, offering energy to these bright minds, and in a sense, powering the future.

My 1st visit to this nicely decorated place for a business lunch, very comfortable seating very nice ambiance, awesome organic food Salads, soups and Coffee ! super energetic smiling staff quick service, price higher side may be due to location and organic food, would surely visit again to try a few more things. Sprouted beans salad Pumpkin soup and Coffee all Nice, service dishes and style good. big negative not subscribing  Zomato Gold offers.

The wraps and a la carte salads are tasty but FAR too overpriced given the small size of their portions - I'm always hungry a few hours later. The lamb wrap is great, along with the asian beef salad and the beetroot salad, but definitely not worth the prices - The "large" salad is smaller than a small size at other salad bars....

I usually inhabit Flow at Emirates Towers for a good 2-shot small latte or one of its organic pressed juices which unfortunately are too small and overpriced but mighty tasteful. This time, for AED40, I tried the shrimp slider in a spinach bun that was served with roasted sweet potato and mango/avocado salad - YUM. Flow matched the flavours to perfection.<br/>I'm rarely pleased, so this delight was unusual, even for me.<br/><br/>FLOW comes "Highly Recommended" by the Minister of Food for being a pleasant cafe, with light and air, really friendly staff, prompt service, real coffee and surprisingly delightful savoury bites that will tickle your palate. <br/><br/>The Minister of Food will be back for more.<br/>

Fancy yet casual. Flow has managed to merge two worlds into one. If fine-dining and cafe-dining had a baby, the baby would grow up to be Flow. <br/><br/>It's fancy because of the quality of food, service and interiors. The interiors are simply beautiful, makes it very easy to sit there for hours. There's a beautiful back-lit quote on one of the walls that says "We are a young country, proud of its youth". This quote, said by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the basic mood of this whole cafe. It's a homegrown cafe, actually owned by the  Jumeirah Group. <br/><br/>Jumeirah Group came up with this brand-new initiative that encourages it's customers in having a healthy lifestyle. The menu consists of delicious and nutritious vegetables, fruits and meats. They've got a variety of daily grab-and-go bites, including vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and Paleo-friendly options. <br/><br/>The meals are made in way that would be great for sharing or not, the portions are small, which makes it easy to eat as little or as much as you would like, eliminating the chance of wasting any food. What I personally appreciated was their prices too. Granted, their portions are small, but their prices reflect those portions fairly, unlike many other restaurants in Dubai.<br/><br/>I tried a couple of different dishes and I was rather pleased with each and every one of them. I was particularly fond of their seafood collection, especially their Grilled Sea Bass which I found was made to my exact liking! If you only plan to try out one dish from Flow, I would suggest it be the Grilled Sea Bass. however, if you do plan to spoil yourself, I would highly recommend trying out the Grilled Octopus & Baby Squid too! Which can be a great main course or appetizer! I would also recommend not skipping on the desserts! They've got a decent selection of healthy desserts! Their carrot cake, which is vegan and gluten free, is quickly becoming famous among us foodies! Flow is now associated with it's delicious Carrot Cake! It's certainly something that you should not miss out on!<br/><br/>Flow is not only a great option for food, but it's also a great choice for coffee! What I found very interesting is that every few days, they'll import different beans for different parts of the world. One week it may be Ethiopia, when the next it's Saudi Arabia, and the following could be Nicaragua. I loved that! It gives us customers a great opportunity to try out different coffee beans from all around the world!<br/><br/>If you're looking for a place to kick-back yet have fine-dining-quality food, Flow is a must visit! Its great for quick bites, lunches and even small business meetings! Conveniently located in Jumeirah Emirates Towers, there is no excuse not to try out Flow. However, do keep in mind that it closes at 8PM on weekdays and 5PM on weekends, making it more of a breakfast or lunch destination only. Nevertheless, it is certainly a must-visit spot for all nearby residents and employees.

What haven't I had from Flow!?! I think I've sampled every menu item and enjoyed everything except their seared tuna salad which as actually tinned tuna. <br/><br/>However my favourite menu items are the chicken and the lamb! <br/><br/>They do an excellent coffee and the service is friendly. It's a lunch spot for me often. <br/><br/>My only suggestion would be to introduce daily or weekly specials to change up the menu a bit.

From the outside, Flow appears to be yet another chic urban café, complete with a smorgasbord of enticing goodies at the front and deli-style fonts scribbled across its expansive white-washed walls. Well, I can easily say that my hunt has ended at Flow. Normally if you visit any health cafe the prices are through the roof, but not with flow. Flow offers you decent portions at very affordable prices. We started off with cold press organic juices and they were a hit amongst us. <br/><br/>Let's start with the 3 sliders that they offer.<br/>'Grilled organic chicken' has a beetroot bun, smothered with guacamole and served with jalapeño slaw. Halloumi, butternut squash and mushroom slider with charcoal bun served with rosemary tomatoes and Chilli relish dip. Organic beef slider with spinach bun served with a lentil relish, and all sliders are served with some nice mushy sweet potato wedges. <br/><br/>Apart from these sliders, we had a nice, well done shakshuka ( coz I don't like my eggs runny) with some coriander crispy bread. Garlic and Spanish paprika shrimps which was some spicy goodness with mango Chilli salsa. We also had some grilled sumac baby chicken which was stuffed with mushrooms and pistachios, served on a bed of tabbouleh with vine leaf and herb dressing on the side.<br/><br/>On the sweeter side, we actually had desserts that were good for you! Gluten free, sugar free and low fat goodness. We had the breakfast favorite French toast which had poached figs, lemon mint yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup. We also tried their guilt free ice creams and sorbet and they are a must try here.<br/><br/>All in all, Flow is going to be my go to place for a great, healthy breakfast. You are going to thank me for this.<br/>Highly recommended!<br/>

Good healthy options done with an innovative twist and with high quality.<br/><br/>This is the kind of place that you will not make a special trip to eat at, but when you are in the area you are happy because is a great option to grab a very good breakfast or lunch. Food is better than Maison Matthis which is just upstairs, nevertheless the place can get very very noisy at lunch. <br/><br/>If you are around Emirates Towers perhaps this is your safest bet on quality / price / taste.

Located in the otherwise corporate Jumeirah Emirates Tower Boulevard, Flow almost magically transforms into a colorful, chirpy, crafty spot on weekends, making it perfect for all day breakfast. Although they have a lot more on their menu than just basket which includes sandwiches, salads and vegan options, I was really impressed with their global variety of breakfast favorites and decided to stick to those for my Saturday morning beat.

Interesting new cafe at the Towers! Work there and the building is staged of good food outlets so flow is a breath of fresh air<br/>Their bites portions are small and decently priced, but must admit the food is flavorful, healthy and apt for those that have intolerances or are Vegans<br/>Highly original menu. Loved it!!!

What an interesting place this was, newly opened cafe at the Emirates towers, the menu comprises of usual items but with a twist in its flavors.And some menu items are so unique .We decided to have the Eggs Arlington while I chose the eggs babaganoush and woah what an interesting combination of poached eggs with yoghurt hollaindaise sauce and baba ganoush .The portions are small .So we decided to order a slider, halloumi butternut squash and mushroom slider with this flavorsome tomato chili dip and pesto sauce, I found the burger a bit bland ,would have loved some more sauce in. <br/>For drinks ,my partner ordered the aeropress coffee it was so smooth that I could have it without milk .The cappuccino was a tad light for my liking, but maybe a double coffee shot next time around would do the trick. <br/>All in all a great experience, so going back there to try other options . <br/>Moderately priced.

Would have preferred sourdough. Also felt that the shakshouka lacked taste. Sauce tasted too one dimensional - only tomato taste..
