Beautiful ambience with water view. Friendly staff and great food makes it a perfect dining option. The grills are simply delicious and I loved the states and spicy potato too. On Entertainer app. A little pricy but worth the experience.

Ordered for delivery for lunch meal. Ordered couple of dishes. The shawarma dish was not flavorful at all. Additionally, it is quite disappointing that the dish is called a shawarma dish. It was simply two triangle shaped thin bread with chicken in the middle. It should be more appropriately labelled as a chicken with bread dish. Having a dish in this region is appalling. I would expect such a dish to be called shawarma in the Western world, not in the heart of the GCC. We ordered couple of other chicken dishes and unfortunately again, the flavour was lacking. The portion size is miniscule.To top off the experience, the prices are exorbitant. Not recommended.

Had dinner in semsom with my family . We ordered lamb chops and a mix grill platter . The quantity of lamb chops was just four dry pieces and the price was 70 dirhams which was totally unsatisfactory , coming to the mix platter - it was really good and the meat was really tender in taste . <br/>Overall it was a soothing experience because of the atmosphere . But they should really work on the quantity aspect.

Visited this place located inside festival city for lunch and shisha. It has an outside seating area facing the waterfront and perfect place to sit have shisha during the winters of dubai . For food we ordered : lamb kebabs, arayees, shish tawouk sandwich, fries and spicy potatoes. Personally I loved the shish tawouk sandwich, the fries, spicy potatoes and the arayees. Didn’t like the kebab at all. The ambience and decor of this place is nice and the service is fine too.

The pickles tasted too bad an old, the food took forever to be cooked and the potatoes came cold in the kebab platter and the kebab platter didn’t come even with small portion of yoghurt like any other Lebanese restaurant... really worst experience ever and I will never go there again!!!!

We finally got to try out this fantastic place..<br/>The founders of this restaurant chain are on a mission! 'to take Lebanese cuisine all over to the world'<br/>Food was exquisite, presentation was beautiful and the overall experience was just out of the world!<br/><br/>My favourite was the chicken mozzarella sandwich. It was oozing flavours and was deliciously crunchy.<br/>Another favourite was the fattet shishbarak. It was deliciously made with the right mix of ingredients. The mélange of laban, chickpea and toasted pita is just gorgeous.<br/>Mixed grill was quite good. I opted for double shish taouk and kebab. Served with traditional accompaniments such as toum (garlic sauce), batata harra (spiced potato) and lemon and chilly. You get to choose from a variety of sides and I ordered fattoush and hummus. It was a fulfilling dish and the freshly baked bread served with it was just spot on..<br/>Mint lemonade was good and went well with the food.<br/>Overall the food was just mouth-watering and the ambience is just stunning. I loved the intricately designed outdoors and elegantly decorated indoors. The dispense bar is also beautifully designed with copper utensils and moorish tiles.<br/>It was a shame that we didn't get to try their famous desserts and sheesha..<br/>I will definitely go back to try them out..<br/><br/>

Decided to visit this place with friends for a light dinner and shisha. It was crowded, but we managed to get a seat. the staff were polite and friendly. We were given a rose welcome drink which was sweet and flavorful. we ordered the Humus with sumac, falafel, honey shish taouk and the fattah with dried mint. We went for the blueberry shisha which was perfect. one of the best blueberry shisha's i have tried.<br/><br/>The ambience was cozy and beautiful decor. My friend initially chose the apple shisha which she did not like at all!! I t didn't taste like apple. However, the manager was polite enough to immediately get it changed despite the place being crowded.<br/><br/>The view of the waterfront and the location is amazing for this restaurant. the price is not too steep. Its great for a get together. There is a kids play area inside too.

Grape and apple flavors are my favorites. Nicely served, sadly closes down at 12.<br/>Finger foods here are good, nice styled and rolled falafel served with tahina.<br/>They have nice unlimited options on offer. Pretty Lebanese sandwiches are all time favorites.<br/>Fresh juices are nicely done. Overall a nice place with nice ambience and good to chill out with your friends.

Tried this place with my better half, just on the basis that it was the only outlet that served shisha .... the overall atmosphere was very good. the service was good as well however the food and drinks were average, nothing great, but nothing bad. The Shisha was alright , not the best. considering its the only Shisha outlet at Festival I might go there for the shisha and outdoor seating since the weather is getting cooler.

Came here with a group of friends and there was a waiting list to be seated in the Shisha zone! <br/><br/>Very friendly staff and our experience was quite nice. We ordered the meat arayes, chilli and regular hummus, cheese manakish, fatoush, beet root muttabil for starters. <br/><br/>The arayes was the best I’ve tasted so far and the hummus was on point too. The famous Semsom beet root muttabil however did not meet expectations, as it was a bit dry in texture. <br/><br/>For mains, we got a kebab platter including the Adana kebab and shish tawook. While the chicken was quite nice the Adana lacked the juiciness in flavour and missed the mark. <br/><br/>The place including shisha is a bit on the pricier side, but the overall experience was good, ambiance quite nice and staff friendly.

From the warm welcome to the tasty turkish coffee (that I didn't get a chance to take pictures of). This restaurant is truely mesmerizing with all the details and superb service!! We went as a group of four and ordered the freeke salad (which is recommended as one of their best) and the chicken potato that you will not have a chance to taste anywhere else in Dubai! I visited Semsom 2 days ago. I had a great time. The ambiance was nice. The food was delicious. Our server Layla was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go again.

It’s a shame to call it Lebanese ! This place has no identity ! It’s noisy, the food lacks flavor and definitely one of the worst service in town ! Won’t be back even for free ! Plenty of great Lebanese restaurants out there for a better dining experience ! Totally not worth a visit

Very nice place, they have separate room for people smoke shisha. The staffs are nice . The most important is their food are very good, we had good time there! 👍🏼

Semsom service with a smile on of my favorite places for shisha and coffee<br/><br/>Friendly and helpful staff ..excellent service and great shisha.<br/>Excellent place to gather with friends and watch the Festival city fountain show.<br/><br/>Highly Recommend that you try the different lemonade and Hummous selection.<br/><br/>The place is a must visit when you're in Dubai Festival city mall as its family-friendly.<br/><br/>Try the place out for yourself, you will not regret it.

Goodmorning, we went for a dinner last time! It was our second time! It was a normal night with normal food and normal taste! Nothinng really special! The pricing is normal too and the service was quite slow! But the biew is worth all! They have a great view outdoors. Thank you guys

I am getting addicted to the fat touch salad. I ordered hummus Shasta Inadded olives and tabasco to it, it was amazing. I love the colors of this restaurant and I will come back for sure.

Good resturant . Nice view in the day time. There is not that much variety of drinks. The service is not excellent. I went twice but it takes very long time to get the order. Shisha place is small so in weekends you have to go early or else it will be awaiting list. Overall is good

Visited Semson, great Lebanese food. The presentation and taste of food was amazing. The service was quick. The welcome drink - Rosewater was nice. Great ambience. Must try their different types of Hummus.

I am late in writing this review and I must say this restaurant has tickled my palate in a very satisfying manner. the food was great cooked well and served on time, the waiter helped us with our options with a great smile. I will always recommend this place for people who want to relax enjoy a meal with good ambiance.

An unplanned lunch with friends got us here one afternoon. The place is pretty and overlooks the waterfront which adds to the beauty. The staff could be more attentive and friendly. <br/><br/>We started the meal with a Hummus, a Baba Ganoush and a Fattoush. The Hummus was creamy and delicious, the Baba Ganoush was a bit dry and tasted a bit burnt however the Fattoush was really good, perfectly tangy and crunch. <br/><br/>We also called for the Spicy Potatoes and a portion of Shawarma. The mains were pretty good. The spicy potatoes were well done and cooked to perfection. The Shawarma was great too, it was a generous portion served with garlic paste. Would have loved to try the desserts here but were in a hurry to leave. I would go back here if I were at the Festival City Mall and wanted to have a Lebanese meal.

Never again, less than average food, i was dissatisfied with the service, price is on the higher side, food portions are ok. I didn’t try the drinks or the shisha so i cant comment in them.

The Semsom Restaurant was recommended to me by two of my friends . They specifically told me to try the Arayes. It was so good. The fresh bread was great also. Try their Hummous, Falafel, Foul Madammes and Kababs.
