Me and my friends ordered from this place. The chicken momos to the chicken combo of noodles with manchurian and the rolls everything was spicy af. I would recommend all to check spice levels with restaurant first before ordering. Not a nice experience.

The food was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Utensils, plates and cups were all disposable and sanitizers were placed on ever table. Seating is made sure to keep social distancing precautions. 10/10 recommend.

Have tried quite a few items here with mixed opinions. <br/>Ch Maggi - delicious but the qty is less for the price charged. In AED 17 you get biryanis from other competitors.<br/>Fried rice/Ch chili combo - good taste , qty is just about ok. Not worth AED 30 but with the zomato 30% DC is just about decently priced.<br/>Parathas - the biggest let down. Have tried Ch kheema paratha, mut kheema paratha and onion paratha. All of them were terribly disappointing. The taste is only for the paratha and not for what's in it. Better off ordering plain paratha.<br/>

The chicken roll said to be “full of chicken chunks”. I got mine with chunks of chinese noodles in it. It had a weird after taste. Not what’s shown on the photos 😣

The food quantity and the quality per dish based on the prices they have alloted is totally worth it. All the dishes were fantastically prepared extremely delicious. Overall experience was that each and every dish was Perfect<br/><br/>We tried punjabi chilli sausages which was unique, every bite tasted amazing and divine till the last bite. Tapri omelette was a sandwich with the stuffing of delicious prepared omelette, surprisingly great taste. They have a special combo dish newly introduced Old Delhi chicken curry, its basically chicken curry served with lacchha paratha and jeera rice, the combo was deadly, a must try. The chicken curry tasted out of the world.<br/><br/>For dessert we tried brownie choco bliss and drinks we tadka chaas and cola masala. All were droolworthy.

Recently Visited Once Upon A Bite and tried their Pink Sauce Fusili, Punjabi Rajma Masala, and the Chili Paneer Roll. The food was so good especially the Pink Sauce Fusili and the Chili Paneer Roll. <br/>The staff was very friendly and helpful in what to order and try out their new menu items. <br/>The Interiors really were very nice as a good spot to hang out and spend some time there and try out their Shaadi Wali Coffee and their Zafran Tea. <br/><br/>Would Definitely visit a second time and try out their other items.

Really liked the way the food was delivered. Very sweet gesture to include a small bottle of sanitizer with a note considering the current panademic situation. The pasta in pink sauce was nice... just to add it can have a little more sauce. Liked the veg pizza paratha, paneer roll & chocolate lava cake.😋

When food is served with warmth it’s taste increases 10 times. This place is all about warmth, home like meals and value for money deals. I have tried a variety of items in Indian meals like choley, Chinese bhel, paneer dabbewala and chilli paneer. Nothing has ever been disappointing. <br/><br/>They always send a short handwritten note saying ‘enjoy your meal’ but the highlight has been a long note during covid times accompanied with a bottle of sanitizer, twice !!<br/><br/>People at the restaurant if you are reading this, a heartfelt thanks and lots of good wishes for you guys!!

We have never been to the restaurant but have already ordered 3-4 times from here as the food is great here. Todays order was also good with Munchurian combo and paneer combo. Delivery was fast and hygenically packed.<br/><br/>But the highlight was the sanitizer bottle which they sent with the order. These sweet gestures along with yummy food will go long way!<br/>Kudos to the whole team :)

Ordered home delivery. We ordered 4 things in total - Paneer sandwich, Veg Momos and Nut Salad.<br/>Paneer sandwich - generous portion size with a good sized serving of fries.<br/>Nut Salad - came with a side of orange dressing and the flavours were overall well balanced, although it could do with a larger portion of ‘nuts’ considering the name of the item.<br/>Veg Momos - so this is where it gets interesting. The veg Momos were filled with a ‘masala’ veg mix, and not at all like your traditional Chinese veg Momos. When I called the restaurant back, the server on the other side was very understanding, explained that the reason it was made like that was to maintain a more ‘Indian’ flavour and very kindly agreed to replace the item. Not many places are this cooperative, hence I greatly appreciated their gesture, and rating them an extra star for this alone.

Must Try: Shaadi Waali Coffee<br/><br/>This colourful cafe is one of my all-time favourite spots to catch up for coffee.<br/><br/>Located in the heart of Karama, this Indian restaurant is popular for serving feel-good street food and snacks. The ambience of this restaurant is fun and quirky. It has funny quotes on the walls and decor which is homey. You will probably spend the waiting time observing the little details that added in the decor.<br/><br/>Unlike most restaurants, Once Upon a Bite is self-order. You will have to go to the counter to place your order and then find your seat, however, sometimes the staff will take your order from the table as well.<br/><br/>We started with the street style Maggi and we were not disappointed. The dish was served piping hot and it had all the chatpata flavours to remind you of the streets of India.<br/>The Punjabi Chilli Sausage sounded interesting so we decided to give it a go. This dish is sliced sausages cooked in Indian spices and it definitely takes comfort food to the next level.<br/>The restaurant also serves a small range of pasta and we tried the Arrabbiata pink pasta which was average.<br/><br/>Upon suggestion, we tried their popular beverages which were Masala Cola and Shaadi Waali Coffee. The Masala Cola was refreshing with tangy and masala flavourings while the Shaadi Waali Coffee was delicious. They sprinkle chocolate powder on the top of the whipped coffee and its ideal to have during winter or rainy season.<br/><br/>The staff is very polite and helpful with suggestions. The portion size is good in comparison to the price. The restaurant is located in front of a huge parking lot so it is super convenient as well.<br/><br/>Overall a lovely place to visit for good comfort food.<br/><br/>

Got this taste buds pleasing Chinese food delivery and everything was really flavorful! The food was hygienically packed and delivered on time. <br/><br/>I tried their Chicken Hakka noodles & the Schezwan Fried rice and I must say, it tasted authentic and enticingly street style. For the gravy, I would definitely recommend their Chicken Manchurian and their Schezwan chicken, both were super spicy and delicious. <br/><br/>Also tried their Penne Pasta in white sauce and my kids devoured it! Really yum!<br/><br/>Finally for dessert I tried their Nutella Pao. It was a super simple crunchy chocolaty bread filled with Nutella.. an absolute delight for kids!
