My go to coffee place for a breaky from shopping at festival city! Not only their coffee is really good and fair trade but it is also still reasonably priced compared to the majority AND it comes with a choice of pastry or croissant! The other enjoyable thing is that they also have an outdoor area that kids can enjoy too!!

Lovely ambience even though it's inside the department store. Their cafes have always served good tasting fresh food. The cheese croissant we had was crispy on the outside and buttery soft on the inside. One of the better ones I've had. The jacket potato with baked beans and cheese was quite good too. I would have liked the potato and beans to be a little more warmer when served. Overall great spot to have a snack or a meal.

Was planning to visit the Festival City Mall for shopping. Before starting off we went to this lovely restaurant for breakfast. Tried their Poached eggs on toast, Scotch pancakes and berries with Cappuccino and Hot chocolate. Must say having such lovely breakfast always rejuvenate my day.

Love their Victorias sponge cake although I have to say it was much yummier before guess they have changed something looks more yellowish as well to the previous white sponge. We ordered an americano, a cappuccino, iced latte and hot chocolate. All the drinks were tasty and I appreciated that the latte was served with a recyclable paper straw. We also tried their carrot cake, coffee cake and Victoria sponge cake. All were also delicious, but the Victoria sponge was a bit on the dry side. Overall, a good experience, great service and ambience.

Visited for the Afternoon Tea. You get 3 sandwiches (choose and 3 from prawn, glazed onion, tuna or salmon), 2 scones, 2 muffins, 2 pieces of lemon cake, 2 jams and butter and 2 hot drinks for AED 69. A cup of tea is served in a pot which gives about 3 cups. In all the quantity of food is good for 3 people. Most of the food is served cold except for the scones. Definitely worth a try. Thanks to Hedel Frank for the recommendation.

Came across this beautiful little cafe in the corner of the M&S store. Great for a quick coffee break between shopping. I tried their new ‘Cortado’ coffee and totally loved it. It was very strong though. But I love my coffee that way. The cappuccino was good too. It took some time to get the order, but the service was otherwise great.

We went to this place for breakfast. They don’t have too many options for breakfast. We tried their hot chocolate and cappuccino. We also ordered for the avocado toast which was a bit too sour because of the lemon. W also had the caramelised onion and cheese sandwich on toasted baguette and we loved it. We wanted to try the cream cheese and salmon sandwich but they didn’t have salmon that day. We tried their sweet potato and pumpkin soup which was great. Staff are not quite attentive and you have to wait for long before you catch their attention.

I was craving for a pancake when we visited this outlet since it is the place nearest to Fitness First gym. And though, it wasn't what I was expected; pancake with berries+yogurt with syrup on top -the only pancake available in their menu, it was good, not yummy but good enough. Though, it didn't satisfy my craving, staff hospitality was satisfying. And price wise -quite pricey compare to other pancake house we have tried in terms of quality and quantity. The place is welcoming, clean and tidy. It just that the place is too bright and a bit congested in terms of seating arrangement. Overall, it is good and perhaps we could drop by again for their coffee sometime but not for their pancake....

Love their food. I have especially enjoyed their breakfast smoothies and I now make them at home on the daily. Their tropical boost and super berry smoothies are the best. It is one of the best cafes in Dubai Festival City, and whenever I want something on the go for breakfast I prefer to get their butter croissant with their British milkshake which is really good. Many times I have lunch their as well and I really love their quinoa salad which is high in nutritional value as well as the other amazing selections of sandwiches including chicken and egg sandwiches.

A supposedly quick stop for snacks turned into a lunch affair which wasn't helped by a slower service. Took a while to place the order although the cafe was nearly empty. The complementary bread slices with olive tapenade and butter arrived along with our order which wasn't appreciated. The kids menu was quite limited so the kids ordered tomato chicken pasta and chicken tikka masala from the main menu. Both were quite good in taste and quantity. We had Quinoa salad with avocado. Which I think was missing something. Possibly a drizzle of lemon juice and/or salt. Though oddly it had lots of corn.

The M & S Cafe is for a quick bite. Its nice and cosy and you can end up chit chatting for hours if you are with friends, family or colleagues. The cakes and cookies are a must have over coffee. What I generally end up ordering is their bagel with cream cheese and salmon - this is one of their best items. The bagel is fresh as ever - they add good lashes of salmon, with most reasonable pricing. The place is situated in their food hall and it also has outdoor seating - the outdoor seating is a must do in this weather. Service is very attentive. Don't miss the food section, with vast amounts of frozen, baked and also ready to eat products.

Love this little gem of my favorite English goodies in Dubai. A visit to their food hall once or twice a week is a must for me. Living in Dubai and getting to try the yummy flapjack bites to clotted cream n scones, to the best creamiest mayos( made with free range chicken eggs to excellent selection of breads, cookies, chocolates, tea, coffee, cheeses, smoked salmon, crisps!!! For those that did not know of the Sea Shell cafe 20m away, there's M&S in a league of its own. The cafe is an oasis for shoppers, it is also a pit stop before folks enter the mall. That way this place is doing exactly what it needs to do, let diners be, not rush them. Food is a selection of favorites and a bit of creativity thrown in to take care of inventory that you can buy from the store. Overall as good a salad cafe experience and get.

They don't listen to you when you place your order, whether you do it on the phone or face to face, it's the same, you will get what they want you to get not what you ask for. It's the 3rd time that I get my soup with bread crumbs although I told the lady several times that I am allergic to wheat and I can't eat bread. The same thing happened to my colleague who is dairy intolerant, they added cheese to her salad although she asked them not to add it. It's so disappointing to go back to the office with your food to realise that you can't eat it. What a waste of time and money! Bottom line: Anyone with food allergies, DO NOT go to M&S unless you want to starve or visit the emergencies.

While shopping at Marks & Spencer Festival city, if you feel to end up shopping for a lunch / snack break, then it’s a good idea to have a light meal from Marks & Spencer Café. If you are inside the Mall enter Marks & Spencer and go till the end of store you will find Café or if you are coming from outside there is a proper Marks & Spencer Café entrance. Enjoy outdoor arrangement with a view of Festival City. Its not very crowdy to sit outside but calm instead with a fountain décor on side. Inside the Café has a small area for sitting but its quite interesting and colorful , because the edible treats plus the gift items are nicely decorated around which automatically gives a colorful festive impression of store . Café does not have a very elaborated menu but still you have a variety to choose from. I did not like their vegetable soup , the flavor and taste of few combined vegetables were not really good, I left the soup.But it was good in quantity served with bun. I had my order of Fish and chips which was fine. From my friends menu I took a bite of Cheese macaroni which I liked the most. It seemed quite filling and good in taste and flavors. We ordered Carrot cake & one pack of fresh fruits , cake was perfect and good enough in one piece.

Even if I didn’t like their food, I would still visit M&S Café. Something about the place just charms you in. Always. My first encounter with M&S Café was in London (Oxford Street). Ever since then, I have been longing for one in Dubai. And here they are. Ambiance: Perfect! Seriously. These guys know how to set an ambiance. I think they are a lot like IKEA but not the same. Very positive vibes, makes you feel very happy. Food: Baked potato with Tuna: It was heavenly! The tuna did not stink at all (which was a relief). The baked potato was well done (duh). The accompanying salad was a super-star as well. I couldn’t finish the whole thing, it was way too much. Regular Mocha: It was slightly bitter for my taste. But I know a lot of people who prefer it this way. Note: The air-conditioning was not working when I had visited. However, the staff told me it is only temporary. Plus: Apart from the café, you also have stacks of food packaged food to choose from at the M&S Food section which is adjacent.

Came to the M&S café for the launch of their cold foods and I stumbled upon the café. Ordered the brie and cranberry baguette. Not too bad for money. The bread was crisp, could've been a bit softer. The combination of brie and cranberry sauce was beautiful. The savoury flavour of brie and the sweet tangy flavour of the cranberry sauce was really nice on the pallet. The baguette is also stuffed with baby spinach which adds a nice crisp to the baguette. Served along with black pepper flavoured chips. Oh my! I'm a complete fan of those chips. The black pepper was so good and felt so fresh. Overall the portion could be a bit more larger however the entire combination was perfect for an early dinner.

We got the sponge cake and carrot cake along with a cappuccino. The sponge cake was OK, looks better than it tasted. But the carrot cake was fantastic. Cappuccino was the best of the three maybe because it was fresh and hot. They also serve mini meals, salads and tea/coffee. Seating available in plenty and service is just OK. Why I say service is just OK is because they did not give me a bill and I was charged 50DHS, the staff at the counter said they would bring my bill to my table but it didn't happen and I just let it pass.

من الاماكن المحببة للعائلة يحتوي على كافيه ومعجنات طازجة واماكن للجلوس والتمتع مع الاسرة وتستطيع ان تتسوق منتجات اوربية طازجة وحلويات واشياء للمنزل كما ان لديهم تشكيلة واسعة من الملابس للنساء والرجال والاطفال وتشكيلات واسعة من الاحذية والملابس بكافة انواعها تعتبر اسعاره جيدة .وجهة ممتعه ومكان ممتع جدا ويحتوي كل شيء.👍

Tried their Americano coffee, with lemon sponge cake along with a toffee nut slice. Both the cakes tasted divine and also the coffee was quite rich in flavor and aroma. Prices are also reasonable. Good for an afternoon tea or evening snack.

Great ambiance and a quiet place to do some work. I tried the cappuccino which was excellent along with cinnamon swirl roll which was alright (they offered me the roll for an additional price of 1dhs with my coffee). Pancakes felt like they were made using a box mix but you get what you pay for (20dhs). Overall the cafe is good, will go back for coffee and try some other items from the menu.
