Went for late drinks and now what has been a regular occurrence with the reopening after COVID 19, overcharged !!! When myself and my friend got home we realised they had charged for extra drinks, The transactions were all different , how could they be we were drinking the same drinks? Avoid this place at all costs, a once fun spot is now a badly run rip off joint.

Yesterday We went to the rock bottom with my bf, and ordered 2 beers, then the waitress said to us , if you order 2 more you will get 2 for free , so of course we ordered another 2, then my bf pay the bill and left, but we didn’t get free beers, then I requested her to bring me beer, cuz I was expected it’s for free, after that I was going to leave and staying near to elevator, and security guy with waitress came up to me and start to shout and touch me, said like I have to pay 55 dhm, I was trying to explain beer was for free they didn’t understand, and was very rude especially security guy, so in the end I paid, they crossed the line, they should communicate with costumers in a polite manner, I’m often in Rock Bottom sines 2015 was my favourite bar in Dubai <br/>I’m not going there again

Nice place to chill with friends. Recommend to visit there on Wednesday as there is no stag entry and also you can experience live band. Good crowd and the band is amazing. Nice ambience to hang on.

First time here after seeing 4 star review. Kindly don't close the bill before you serve the customer. My zomato gold was asked before being served and the Eastern European bartender said she closed the bill for 1+1 and I have to show another zomato if I have to have 2+2. I said I I don't want that, got out and moved on to Belgian beer Cafe. The female staff who served me was not customer friendly.

Impeccable service! The manager, Ivan and server Gina made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. We came on a Thursday night to have fun but more importantly to spoil ourselves with food! We were very pleased. You must know that more than the affordable drinks, fun ambience and great band, this place is serving top notch dishes too! We've asked to meet the Chef to acknowledge his great work and he was very accommodating. The experience was simply unforgettable. Highly reccomended for hungry, fun-seeking people!

As other reviewers have commented, this is an excellent place to eat Steak with a free glass of wine and they have amazing Band for the night.. The meal was the best that we have consumed during our time on and the service was also excellent. Not only that but the prices was more than reasonable. I strongly recommend Rock Bottom Cafe and try the superb food.
