Subway

I haven't lived in the Zephyrhills area long and instead of eating soup one evening, I ventured out for a Tuna sub at Subway. There was only one employee running the show BUT he was the fastest working man I have ever seen. I ordered their largest Tuna sub with all the toppings, extra tuna and oils. The black gentleman's name was Fred and he was not only good at getting the food out fast but was very courteous to everyone in line. This sandwich was huge and had to be cut in half to eat some now and save more for later. I ate the sandwich at home. All the ingredients were fresh and you get more than your money's worth. Very pleased.

I went back after not going for a few months. Oh my, how much it has changed. It was probably around 3 in the afternoon. I had gone in for a ham sub. Upon looking at the ham, it was slimey Grey in color , no pink at all. My husband wanted roast beef. One side of the roast beef looked like roast beef pudding. Both were disgusting. I pointed that out to the gentleman who was making my sub. I asked him when they put it out because it looked bad? He told me they had prepped the table that morning. As stated, it was 3 in the afternoon. Unbelievable. The vegetables looked terrible, except for spinach and onions. The lettuce was brown; the cucumbers looked as if they had either been frozen or was to the point of becoming rotten. The tomatoes were mushy. The whole thing was disgusting. I will never go there again in fear of food poisoning. I was going to order online but decided just to go in. Thank God I did. If I hadn't, that meat and those vegetables would have been put on my sub. I would have 100 % gotten sick. It used to be a great place. The people have changed, and so has the food.

I ask for a BLT an I got bacon on bread and charged $4.89 for bacon on bread I did not know I literally had tontell you to put lettuce and tomatoes on my BLT thought it's was basic common sense it being a Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich just saying really don't think I should have paid that much money for a sandwich that was made incorrectly SMH oh well lesson learned

This subway was a well oiled machine . I went in for my lunch today and the service was wonderful . Everyone was very polite and smiling . 2 woman and a man all worked very well together today to make sure customers where in and out and happy with their food . my sandwich was made properly and delicious. I will be returning to this location . Great Job!

We are visiting from Maine this week. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the 2 ladies who were working tonight. There was a couple in front of us who didn’t have their 10 ish sandwiches together and took forever…. These ladies politely handled the slow, unsure answers and changes of answers. We couldn’t help but feel for them. She looked beyond exhausted. She’s been there since 4:00 this morning. She was so polite, working her tail off. She kept apologizing. She didn’t need to. I wanted to say thank you, again. I hope you know how valued the 2 ladies were who weee working today. It’s rare… so again, thank you!!

I was driving to this subway expecting the normal “Hey what can I get for you” but no. When I walked in a nice employee took off my jacket for me and hung it on a coat hanger and said “Hello sir, what sandwich would you like?” I was dumbfounded I never had seen such a nice subway employee when I ordered the sandwich and I payed he gave me a kiss on the cheek and said “Have a wonderful day”

Please don’t come here, go to any other subway. I ordered on the website, payed online, and went in person to the store. I was told they had no bread made, and I mentioned my online order. I was told to either deal with it through whatever website I ordered it from (subway.com? It has no corporate number or way to refund on the website) or to wait until Sunday morning for the manager to come in to refund us. I’ve worked fast food before and that just tells me these two employees are working alone without management meaning they can’t do much, which is pretty irresponsible of the store itself. I never got a call or email letting me know my order would be canceled. They were acting pretty strange as well, but that’s zephyrhills for you UPDATE: this place is seriously trash. They are refusing to refund me because I didn’t get it refunded the day of… even though there was no manager to do so. I’m told to dispute it with my bank. The attitude is disgusting

We ordered online while on our way in hopes of making the process go smoother. 2 out of our 3 subs were wrong and missing requested items. They didn't even make the pizza yet when we arrived (10 minutes after they said it would be done). They quickly got it done but when we got to the car realized they even forgot the pepperoni on the pizza. Not impressed.
