Dunkin'

I hate to qrite negative reviews but this was ridiculous. The young lady taking my order seemed new, which was no biggy but there were at least 5-6 employees in there all confused by my order of a dozen glazed donut holes, a regular glazed donut, a regular donut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles and 2 orders of hashbrowns. The other associate who seemed to be the manager seemed annoyed the whole time, and after the confusion this is what I got. 2 barely glazed pr frosted donuts, that both feel like they are a day old and hashbrowns that are somehow overcooked and soggy at the same time. I have no desire to go back as the customer service was atrocious and I feel I would be met with more attitude and it would accomplish nothing.

My drink was good. But I met with some friends to hangout and it was so hot in the lobby 🥵 I had asked the staff of they could turn the air down or on and they said that they had no control over it. The temp might have been fine for somewhere that had snow, but when it's 85 out the air conditioner needs to be on

I love dunkin and I used to love this location, but lately every time I get it, something is wrong. Last time there was long hair under the glaze of the blueberry donut I ordered. No problem things happen I just trashed it and went on with my day. I ordered an iced coffee today started to drink my coffee and it tastes like soap so I had to dump it down the drain....I think when I need my dunkin fix I will drive to the one on 4th Ave I never have issues there.

Just sat for 30+ minutes waiting on my food order. After I finally said something (hey, places like this are short staffed and I come from the industry…I was willing to be extra patient), the manager jumped right to action refunding me. Appreciated that. I got half of my food order a few minutes later. Waited ANOTHER 5 FULL MINUTES for the rest of it. When I got up and asked AGAIN, these kids STILL had not started the pancakes. Come ON. I just left without them.

Short story: highly inconsistent with their drinks . Long story: Look, I’ve been going here for quite some time. Why? Because the line is usually always short compared to Starbucks. I’m not quite sure how they’re doing their training. I have ordered the same drink four days in a row before and it tasted different each time 😂 I’m happy my drink this morning was free (can’t even drink it it taste so bad). Maybe it was a new employee, maybe it’s Maybelline .
