Round Table Pizza

I don't know how but this place always finds a way to mess my order up..at this point I believe it's on purpose. This place have wasted countless hours over the years with getting orders wrong. I don't know why I still bother. They literally "forgot" about my order. Sat their waiting, someone said ten more minutes after I paid. If I didn't say anything i would've sat there forever. Worst service. Won't never be back, can't pay me to come back! Got my refund and already let corporate know.

I am updating my previous review, cause I cant figure out how to do a new one!! And, well, because this crew really deserves it! Alyssa and Ally run a tight ship here, thier people seem happy and it shows in the food that you are served! Like every restaurant in town RT had to raise prices recently but they seem to be the only place that improved quality with that increase! Was there yesterday and Alyssa (Manager) made for me a chicken sandwich that was on par with perfection, wish I had room for 3 more because it was so damn good! Ally's (Asst Manager) pizza is still the best in town, but I've found that she has a knack for excellence in customer service that really makes a guy feel special. There are many reasons that I keep coming back to this store to eat, but mostly it is because they know how to treat their customers! If you are good to them ...... They return it back 10 fold!

The only reason for not giving one star is the manager instantly refunded us with no hassle. The pizza itself however was definitely 1 star worthy. Not only was there a massive hair on our pizza, but it was also made horribly. I've had roundtable before and just in general I eat food, and I have never had a dish with so much garlic on it. There was more garlic than sauce or cheese. The only thing you can actually taste is the garlic. The place didn't seem that busy so I don't think that's really an excuse either. Definitely not worth the $20 it would have cost. Not trying to sound angry, but it was really so bad I wouldn't eat here again.

Never really had a problem until recently. There food used to be pretty good and now it's just kind of sad. The last order I placed the twists are now a third of the size they used to be they don't give u extra ranch n sauce if u ask for it and food either comes out over or under cooked. I also paid extra for more fire sauce but I only got one I actually paid for there were some missing

I am still in absolute shock at the lack of customer service Veronica the “manager on duty” had towards me. I placed my order online at 520pm and I called at 650pm to find out a status on my order. I was told it would be another 30 minutes cause they only had one delivery driver on duty tonight. I expressed my concerns about having to wait an hour past the time the online system said it would take. The manager Veronica got on the phone, she was completely rude and disrespectful on so many levels. She had a bad attitude and when I gave her my attitude back she had the nerve to hang up on me. I called back and she was even more disrespectful towards me, she even made comments that she doesn’t need to hear me complain about it taking them over two hours yo get me my order. The owner should me completely embarrassed with this manager’s professionalism towards paying customers. I will never order from this location again and we usually order weekly, we even just hosted my sons soccer party at this location but after the way I was treated tonight I’ll gladly take my money to a company that will appreciate it. Veronica knows nothing at all about customer service or de-escalating an upset customer. She needs serious training and out of the customer service industry.
