Williams, Arizona KFC. I wasn’t real sure how to rate this. I ate here twice while traveling to Fort Worth Texas. The first time was great no problems. The second time they needed to cook extra crispy chicken which was going to take 20 minutes. I said OK, I’ll wait. Unbeknownst to me they made a meal and set it on the counter but failed to call my number. It’s sat there for 20 minutes until someone figured it out. I left with my meal and drove back to the hotel. Of course, the chicken was cold, it contain no silverware, and no butter or honey for the biscuit. Things happen and I totally understand it. I was really looking forward to a hot meal. Would I eat there again? Yes. I just got lost in the shuffle apparently.

The staff here are very rude! I won't go there also prices are way too high chicken is one of the cheapest meats out there and paying 45$ for a small family meal is ridiculous! Get better staff who are polite! Also don't go after around 7pm they never have much chicken to choose from and won't cook more! For a chicken establishment they sure don't have much of it! I'd give a -5 if I could !

The restaurant was very busy when I arrived. There were several customers waiting for their orders inside and a very long line in the drive-thru. The staff were diligently working on filling each customer's order as quickly as possible. There were only 4 staff members on duty. Although they were obviously short-handed, which caused orders to back-up, each guest was pleasantly greeted. The staff double checked each order to ensure it was correct and offered each guest a genuine apology for the extended wait time. The whole crew worked together, remained kind to each other and their guests. The manager and owners should be very proud of their crew.
