Burger King

Horrible. Ordered the 2for$10 meal. Ask for Original chicken sandwich and Big King, no mayo. Received my food and got the wrong sandwiches. Staff needs to practice good customer service skills. The person that was taking my order act as if she didn't understand what I wanted. I repeated the order three times. Another employee had an attitude with me. Corporate please make sure you train your employees. The food that I received was thrown together. It looked horrible. This is why I don't eat out. I would've given a rating of 1 if the manager wasn't willing to make me feel comfortable and replace my food for what I ordered.

Thank you, Jessica for responding so quickly to my complaint. I don’t know if she works at that specific Burger King but she did amazing. She refunded me for my missing drinks and cold nuggets. She’s such a sweet girl and deserves a raise, I’m coming back and giving this Burger King 5 stars for Jessica.

This place doesn't deserve ANY stars. Employees/managers are absolutely rude. I just went through the drive thru and waited 25 minutes for 2 meals. I told the girl who took my order I had a coupon. She told me to pull around because her managers were busy. When I pulled around they tried to tell me I had to go back in line since I had a coupon. I told them absolutely not!!! There were 6 cars behind me And i already told that girl I had a coupon. She called for her manager and this young ignorant little girl came to the window. I explained to her that I told the girl who took my order that I had a coupon and she said her managers were busy and to please pull around therefore I was NOT going back in line. She closed the window and started hollering in the back for them to make my meal and how she was gonna make me feel stupid. I confronted her and told her how unprofessional they are. She kept talking rude and running her mouth. I go to the window to get my food but the young man tells me the girl who talked to me wasnt even the manager. So I asked the REAL store manager why she had me talking to that other girl and she said they were BOTH the manager. She said her name was Shayla I asked for the other girls name to make a formal complaint to corporate and she said she couldn't give me her name yet the girl is wearing a name tag. But she ran off away from the window. Sad part is that place is so desperate for employees that they will hire anyone and ANYTHING!!!!. Exactly why this place has nothing but terrible reviews!!!!
