I was doing Doordash I came to this store to pick up and order. A short black lady call the cops on my claiming I shouldn't interact with any of the employees in the store if I come to pick up an order as a Dasher but I can interact with the employees when I come in as an individual. I asked her what authority does she have to tell me who I can talk to and who not to talk to she call the cops and then she told the cops she will file criminal charges against me if I come to the store and interact with any of the workers. This is Dumb in the first place because if you are working as a Dasher you surely will have to interact with people in the store to know what your there for and the Status of your order your picking up. This KFC branch is very Unprofessional.

I just went through the drive-thru to get me some food and what did I find hair I found hair on my cup of iced tea and hair in my fried chicken cold fries and a biscuit that taste like it was old from the other day please do not go there and I have long hair not short hair and there's no one with me but me in my car

Stopped in today for lunch. Ordered my combo and asked for fries in place of the mashed. Requested"HOT" fries. Paid for the order and again asked to make sure the fries were hot. Received the order, tasted the fries of which were cold. Placed the box of fries on the counter and another person who came over and I again asked for hot fries. Was told that unless you ask for them to be hot, you get what is already prepared. I replied that this was the third time I asked for hot. She started screaming at me and don't talk to me that way. Again I replied that I had already asked three times for hot and still received cold. Asked for a manager and everyone disappeared behind the equipment and nobody called for the manager for me. I'm done with this place, no service and rude disrespectful employees. She should have been fired on the spot
