Arby's

Lobby was closed. I ordered a sandwich with curly fries and jalapeño poppers. Order taker sounds like someone killed his grandma, made me pull up and waited not a long wait but the sandwich was little messy but hot the poppers were hot as well. Fries was a different story cold and old. Almost had the perfect meal.

I understand that you are most likely understaffed, most places are right now and I also work in fast food so I know how stressful it can get sometimes. But if you are gonna take all that stress and frustration out on your customers, who haven't even said more than 5 words to you then you should not be in any form of customer service. Your employees need to learn how to treat there customers with some form of respect.

My wife just brought me home a Buffalo chicken sandwich and I've got to say it was the most despicable food item I've ever consumed. It was dry, old, cold, pounded too thin, all the breading slid off in the box, the bun was ripped in half, and it smelled like it was pulled out of a dumpster. The fries were good.

I have never had an issue at this arbys until today. They are usually friendly and the food is great but the last few times the girls working drive thru are pushy and rush you. That wasn't to bad today but I got crinkle cut fries in my $9 meal and they were disgusting. Not even edible. They were burnt, stale and looked gross. Then I asked for a couple of ranch and she gave me one. I hate this because this is usually the one fast food place I love going to because it's always so great.

I thought everyone at the front counter was very polite there were lots of young people I thought that was very encouraging because they worked well together! There is a handicap accessible restroom casual place. My only true discrepancy was the fact that we ordered a half of sandwich and they ended up giving us a whole sandwich. They also charged us for the whole sandwich. We ended up splitting it and the rule that it came with was amazing sorry forgot to take pictures. That's why I gave them five stars anyway LOL. Plus I made them laugh so I think he was a little distracted. Overall great experience. I don't go to Arby's much but I think I will be visiting again because of this Pleasant visit.
