This York location caters especially to highway traffic on I80. I really appreciated the drink and the rest. Unfortunately the location can also be uneven in demand. When staffing is short this Starbucks is a very different (and poorer location to visit).
Overall however, the inside is comfortable, the drive through keeps moving, and our drinks arrived as-ordered.

This is nothing against this particular store, but I am disappointed in their selection of food items. Years ago the coffee cake was quite good. That is no longer the case.

The person who helped me this morning was so authentic and friendly it made my day brighter! It’s so refreshing to have a positive experience in a drive through! I’ll be back every time I drive through York!

Placed my order and waited for 30 minutes before someone even asked me what I ordered. Apparently the labeler was jammed and nobody looked to check it. I stood at the cou ter and watched them make other drinks and never once was asked by the ones who were making the drinks what I ordered till the drive thur lady asked me what I had. 30 minutes efore anyone talked to me after I placed my order. Very disappointed and flustered when I left. Will not be stopping there again.
