I can't decide if the person who make my order hates their job or hates the customers. This store used to make a good product, but not anymore. The tacos I just received yesterday had next to NOTHING in them...check the attached picture on what to expect. When I went to unwrap taco from the packaging, it was literally flat.
I know you will never get fast food that looks what they advertise, but this is ridiculous.

Went during night shift. Don't do that. I could hear a female cussing every time I ordered another item. The order was wrong at the window and I corrected it only to get home with food that was still wrong, sloppy, and 1 burrito had 12 wrappers around it. Nothing had the right ingredients except the quesadillas. Took the food back the next morning and day shift was very apologetic and remade the order correctly and issued a refund. If you want Taco Bell in York, go during the day.

Store was clean, service was excellent, food was great. Staff were friendly, one of the best Taco Bells around!! I can't say enough about the staff being so professional and courteous

Orders are always wrong! Get it together people! Doesn't have the Mexican pizza, while other locations do! The Nacho bellgrande is smaller than other locations. I'm done with this taco bell.

Food waa hot and fresh and made right. Didnt take forever to order or get our food and the staff was professional. This must be a new night shift crew! I hope they stay together on shift everything was great they worked well as a team too!!

Closed at 8:45. Hours say open until midnite. This place is always understaffed. Why don’t you just close. Its exasperating to go and not open or long line with only two people working. Or out of lettuce. Its always something. I used to come once or twice a week. I am through.

Avoid if you looking for decent service. I took a chance and boy do I regret it. Haven't eaten here in a long time and trust there were reasons, but our family wanted to try again. First the young lady was very rude to my husband ordering the food (please just quit if you can't find a proper way to speak to your paying customers---you're wasting your time and losing business for this franchise). We ordered simple items so to not complicate things since this location has a reputation of screwing up. I ordered a chalupa box and received a burrito and taco. Attempted call to location when my husband returned home and of course no one answered.

They're trying. These poor people. This location is always understaffed, and every time we come through the drive through they employees sound exasperated and basically like they're ready to be yelled at.
I can only imagine how rude people PROBABLY are to these poor employees all the time. There's been multiple times where they're out of multiple ingredients, but with COVID and shipping problems...it really isn't their fault. Why would I be mad at them?
The food is taco bell standard though. The fountain drinks suck, but again...that's taco bell standard. 7/10 would eat again, when I'm hungry.
