Pizza Hut

Best Pizza Hut around with out a doubt. The food is always hot and everything is always there. They go above and belong every time. The manager is also a different breed for sure because he really takes the job seriously. He is always pleasant to talk to and helped correct a cashiers mistake with ease. Highly recommend.

So we ordered a pizza at 7 and later on we got a text saying it was out for delivery. Over an hour later nothing. So we call they said it was still at the store and no one has delivered yet. But we'll get it in 20 minutes. 9:47 rolls around and still nothing and they close in 10 minutes. So we call, the manager himself says he would hand deliver it himself in 30 minutes. It is currently pass 11 p.m. and we still don't have our food. I would understand more if the was on a weekend but it was a Wednesday

Not stratified with the Pizza Hut on Mount Rose, I put in an order online using their app and when i went to pick it up they were charging me a whole different price, i even showed them the app where the deal was only like $24 and they were trying to charge me a little over $37. Not only did they take $18 they tried to continue to tell me that i owed them money. I told them to just cancel it as i was going to Domino's instead and i wasn't old how i would get my refund.

I order some pizza and got deliver to my house. I notice that it was wrong so I called them back and told them the problem. So they said they were going to reorder and deliver it asap. This was around 9:30pm last night and I'm writing this the next day and still didn't get my order. Good thing I got my money back but this been my second time this happen and going to be my last.

I tried to be nice and just call to report a hair in my pizza, asked to speak to manager in regards to the matter and at the least to say he was very unprofessional. No only was it implied that I could not have been from there because he himself prepared the order but he almost made it seem as if it was me. Then he continued to say not its not possible and that well he put a credit on my account for the next time I order. Just to like get rid of me. Unfortunately its not the first time I have had issues with this store. I'm so over it. I not have a stomach ache just as the thought of hair in my food. And just to verify it literally under the cheese and bacon, ' I ordered a bacon pizza.

I recommend that you tell customers you are using Door Dash for delivery instead of their own drivers. My order was never picked up supposedly. The store never bothered to call me and tell me. Absolutely the worst experience. I will not be ordering from your company again and I told my friends and family that you are using Door dash unbeknownst to customers.
