Mcdonald's

i ordered twice. the first time i ordered nuggets and tried to order a smoothie. the smoothie was previewed on the menu so i assumed they would have it. when i went to order it the manager just stood there and shook her head instead of saying "sorry we don't carry those". i had to guess what she was trying to say. she was also very snippy when she asked if that was everything once i had finished my order. i went back a few hours later because my younger brothers were thirsty. i ordered them both a cup of milk. when we got home tje todller threw up. we checked the expiration date and it was 4 Days past.

Great food at a great price. Many value meals of chicken,fish, and burgers. Friendly service. Love the fries. Drive through service. Large free parking lot easy it access. Easy to see from street. Handicap parking and access to public restrooms with handicap bathroom and stalls. Wheelchair accessible. Pies and ice cream, as well as shakes for dessert. Salids available.

Took 20 mins just for someone to take my order, and I was the only person in line at the time. Manager was extremely rude, had zero customer service skills. By the time my order was taken there was 5 more people behind me. This is at 7:30 they had 5 employees behind the counter. More then enough to make a cheese burger and a 6 piece nugget which also took an additional 15 mins to make. They handed me my kids meal, box open. All the food was just thrown around in the box. They didn’t have my cheese burger or my chocolate milk. I had to tell the employee 3 times I was missing a cheese burger. The manager insisted it was in my happy meal box with the happy meal. (Which mind you was the woman who took my order) I had to explain again. For the 4th time. I got a happy meal AND a cheese burger. When they finally understood what I was saying to them, the employee pulled a cheese burger out of a bag and handed me a half wrapped burger. While I sat waiting for my food I watched the same employee hand several people full meals with no bags , so I guess this McDonald’s doesn’t believe in paper bags? Also one woman who was waiting for food well over 30 mins wanted a refund the manager was extremely rude about getting her her refund and talked down to her like she was an idiot because the customer was Hispanic. Prolly would have saved time just driving to the McDonald’s up the street. Don’t recommend coming here at all.

Very rude. Our girls softball team was doing a scavenger hunt in the mall for a team bonding. When they walked up and asked "for fries without potatoes" the lady basically told them that they have nothing better to do and was very rude amd mean. Not professional at all and did i mention they are 13 amd 14 years old. I then proceesed up to the register and said"excuse me maam, its a team bonding and it was nothing towards you, just a goofy question." She proceeded to be extremely ignorant and finally i told her she did not belong in customer service and she is acting trashy. She then said "your mother, that's the problem." Excuse me??? First off my mother is dead, second she is suppose to be in customer service. I hope action is taken, and hopefully she is not able to treat other customers this way. I am a general manager and i would NEVER allow any of my employees to treat a guest that way! How rude.

The owners of this McDonald's are cheapskates. If they get the chance to cut corners on your order they will. Unbelievably they put a small cup of tap water on your bill as a purchase and charge .50 cents for that small cup of tap water. I was told that it wasn't a mistake and there is a charge for tap water. So if you don't want a soda, coffee, etc that they make money on they still will make money on tap water. I'm choosing another food vender from now on and skipping this McDonald's location at The York Galleria Mall.

Today, August 26, 2017 we bought 2 little jugs of white milk for my kids who are 2 1/2 years old and 13 months old, and within about an hour after drinking the milk they both got very fussy then vomited. Afterwards I found one of the jugs of milk and checked the expiration date which was August 22, 2017, the milk was expired by 4 days. This McDonald's location was also very unfriendly and rude.
