Mcdonald's

I'm sick and tired of this location. I've eaten at many other locations in the US and as far away as Thailand and Macau. This is BY FAR the WORST location I've been to!! Service is pathetic orders constantly wrong. To top it off one day the doors are open and the next day they're locked. Of course they don't put a sign up. You get to find out once you get out of the car and walk to the door. By then you've lost 2-3 spots in the drive thru line which now means a 30 minute wait. I'm on my way to work and don't have an extra 30 minutes to wait. Last time I'm visiting this location or any other that doesn't have at least the ability to order inside.

I'm a mom of 3 kids. I was just at McDonald's about an hour ago. I know it was busy, around rush hour, and the like was a little long at the drive thru window. Understandable, but convenient for me. Placed my order, paid, then waited in line a long time to move 3 car lengths for my food. I got to the window and the guy told me to follow the truck in front of me and pull in to the reserved spot to wait for my foods- nuggets specifically... 15 minutes later he comes out with my food!!! Oh but he forgot my drinks which I reminded him. So he goes back in, and comes out with my soda. Still forgetting the 2 chocolate milks I ordered and paid for. Service was ridiculous tonight and my burger was cold as well. Had I not had my 3 kids in the car I would have gone in to complain. And to boot, no sorry or anything from the guy that brought out my food finally. I don't go to McDonald's regularly but this definitely wasn't fast food.

Its $1.59 just to add 2 picese bacon here on top of that the manager in the morning (big heavyweight guy, glasses) acts more money hungry than here for the coustomer, I accidentally paid for two sausage micgriddles and he was not trying to fix it. The other guy was nice(sandwich maker). I'm tired and it's too early in the morning to be trying to fight the manager... Someone get his attitude straight... Update! The sandwich guy is freaking awesome!!!!!

I broke my own rule to never eat at McDonalds but my husband asked me to pick up 6 breakfast burritos for us and a friend. I was asked to pull up and wait after paying. 15 minutes, no food so I locked my car and went inside to stand in line. Another 5 minutes ! I asked for my money back, no one would actually speak to me, they just walked around like zombies. Another 6 minutes and someone whom I assume was a Manager handed me my 8 dollars, never making eye contact, nor actually speaking to me. One of the customers in line told me they ran out of burritos !

Everyone knows MCDONALD!! the Dover McDonalds is down a bit South of downtown Dover. It's right across a gas station and car wash, and can be entered from Carlisle Rd, Or the side Fox Rd which allows you out to drive in the back of the restaurant. It's open 24/7,with their new breakfast menu available anytime. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the fresh food Is FAST!! I would recommend checking your bag just in case their might be the slight chance of a mixup at the dinner serving hours. The drive up windows can get busy at the noon or dinner hours, but you can always go inside to order or to eat inside. They also have restrooms available and the restaurant is handicap accessible. Good food, fast!
