Chuck E. Cheese

First time I have been to Chuck E Cheese in 15 years. I reserved my daughters 5th birthday party there and did the Ultimate package which was $30.99 per child and totally worth it. All of the games are doable AND fun for the 1 year old to 7 year old age range of kids in our group. You have your own table near the dance floor which is super convenient for the Birthday Star show where Chucky shows up on the TV and the employees do a singalong/dancealong. For the package we got it came with balloons, table cloth, collectable cups for the kids, goody bags for the kids, the birthday star gets to go in the ticket blaster machine, unlimited game play for all the kids on the play passes, and the pizza and ice cream included. I also paid an extra $15 bucks for a cake, which was DELICIOUS and a hit with the kids. Finally the staff was super kind, patient and attentive to our birthday party. We will definitely be going back!

Been here twice in the last month. Both times the food was great, my kids are 3, and 18 months, and even at that young, they have plenty to do as far as games. There's even a light up dance floor in a wide open dining area. It's affordable, the staff is kind and intelligent, and it's super clean. Very clean actually.

I would NEVER again have a birthday party here!! Yes the kids had fun playing games, but other than that,not a great experience, the staff were horrible, not helpful, during the actual time chuck e came out, they just all these other kids come up and interfere on the dance floor,chuck e himself was absolutely NOT into interacting and entertaining the kids!! Tables too closely put together, had no room!! Very disappointed for the money we paid,never going here for a birthday party again..smh!!!

We have visited this store frequently in the past and we’re disappointed when the play area was removed, but still visited. On our last visit we were told that we could add extra playtime to another card and use it later, so we did. When I went in today to use it the woman (I assume a manager) was very stuck on the fact that the promotion was a month ago. She kept repeating that before I could finish explaining that her employee offered to put the time on another card. She said times expires end of day and was not willing to give us time when it was an employee’s mistake. Our card clearly said we had 30 minutes added and never played games since that time was added. I ended up having to call corporate to get the play time added on to my account. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service by the employee when it came to resolving an issue.
