I had a wonderful dining experience at The Windmill Inn in York. The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend it for a delightful meal!

Pleasant staff and okay food. Not somewhere I'd necessarily recommend but nice enough if you want something to eat after a day of sightseeing.

Great place for pub food and service. We had the steak pie with brownie to follow, both were excellent quality & good value.

Been twice. Very good. Dogs welcome which is great. Kids liked being able to choose your own music via the QR code.

Great English style pub which serves a good selection of food and drinks. Nice and friendly staff. Can't fault the prices either, would definitely come again.

Went to windmill on Tuesday 11th for me and my partner anniversary and the food was absolutely amazing and dessert was even better, the service was really sweet and honestly It one of reason why I keep coming back for these special events as they are very welcoming and the music is always good. Hope to go again soon just a meal with partner

We love it here, never had a bad experience. Whether I'm in for food with my kids, or a drink with my pals, it's always great. I even feel comfortable going in on my own to read my book with a coffee. The staff are lovely, the food is good and the outdoor area is nice too.

Welcoming atmosphere never been before but definitely go again. Ideal right next door to Premier Inn where we was staying. Staff very friendly specially one guy he made my boy feel special with him interacting. Food and drink was excellent.

Dropped in for a pint at the Windmill pub. Just had to with a name like mine. Had a local brew Maris The Otter. Good brew with a high perceived bitterness on the finish. Some hop flavour and aroma. Several ales available.
The pub looks good and lots of tasty food on offer. Pleasant staff.
