I've been to this Carvel before. It is large with great selections particularly of cakes, which is what I went for. I saw a sign for 'Cartwheel' sandwiches with a special Mondays through Thursdays.... buy 1 pack of 6 and get the 2nd a 1/2 off.... so I did.. a great buy. Service was very good, store is immaculate. I highly recommend it.

I usually don't write reviews for chain restaurants buy I felt it was necessary for this. Went on mother's day (while it was packed) with a large order. Already felt bad for how hard the people were working behind the counter. They were still incredibly kind to everyone and made sure they got their orders in time. Just wanted to shout out the people working there. Doing the lord's work

Very nice and clean the gentleman was great help with my order very polite thank you I had soft strawberry on waffle chocolate peanut cone yummy 🤤 we had 3 cone and they were yummy 😋 must get carvels on Yonkers ave 🙏👍☀️🍦🎂🧁🍨

This place is always clean and the service is usually good. Tonight, Im pretty sure I ordered a strawberry soft serve sundae with strawberry topping and chocolate hot sauce with whipped cream and a cherry. I dislike that they immediately cap the desert. I could not see it until I got home. They gave me vanilla soft serve instead of strawberry. If I saw it before I left the store, I would have said something. Note: Ask for no travel cover next time.
