Royal Buffet

I used to come here a lot and the food was a lot better then. They have cut back on fresh foods and a lot of the foods taste plain or are just covered with oil. I only liked the sweet and sour chicken. But then again the dough that was around the chicken seemed like it was frozen. So it didn't taste THAT great. One of my favorite things to get here is the Vegetable Lo Mein but I ate some and it was super plain and did not taste like it did the last time I was here. I do not recommend coming here unless you want your taste buds to be bored out of their minds.

15 years of eating here !! Love this reliably wonderful Chinese (with Japanese sushi & seaweed salad ) buffet!!! Great place for a quick lunch or dinner or a slow & quiet one. Good prices for a takeout lunch too. Lots of choice, some basic American for the picky eater in the group. Nice desserts too!! The cashier & servers are always nice with speedy service if I'm in a no -lunch -time- hurry.

Food is OK at best, not a huge variety and was a hit and miss on individual dishes, my kids wouldn't eat the reddish macaroni and that's usually there favorite... That being said the place is a dump, floors are filthy saturated with grease and food, the door to the kitchen looks like something out of a bad slaughterhouse movie. The bathrooms may have been the worst I've been in, grafitti everywhere and food caked on the sides of the fixtures, felt pretty gross eating here and I usually am not picky. this once was a clean fresh buffet with a great variety of food but now it's rundown and filthy with mediocre food at best.

Food was cold. Not stocked, they were more worried about keeping the non Chinese food stocked. Really pizza and french fries. Also, watched the waiter/busboy pick his nose several times, touch his face and never once washed his hands. Does he have a valid food handlers permit??? We will never eat here again!!!

Me and my fiance decided to go out to eat for once since its been a while, my fiance read something about this place online and thought we should try this place out. Our first impression of the place and service was fine, and then when we got up to choose our food there really wasn't much of a variety of Chinese dishes to choose from....very disappointed with the lack of variety. Also, not to mention a lot of it just looked unappetizing and the food wasn't even hot. We did go about an hour before they were supposed to close, but even still i expected the food to be somewhat warm... the "desserts" they had looked gross too, and once again, not much to choose from.. I noticed they had one of those big cases of ice cream , there was about 6 different flavors I think. I was extremely disappointed in how melted and sloppy the ice cream was, and for some odd reason they had mixed birthday cake with mint chocolate chip?! Gross! Some even looked like people had put their unfinished ice cream BACK on top of whatever kind they got.... I noticed there were flies flying around on food. Overall, this has had to be the worst, most disgusting buffet i have ever been to. For being a "Chinese" buffet, they really lacked the whole "Chinese" food aspect of it. Oh, and one more thing i forgot to mention.. my fiance and I had no idea we couldn't take our leftover food home with us.... we soon found out we had to pay for anything we wanted to take home when the (I'm guessing it was the owner) freaked out on me when he saw my fiance go out the door with the food we had put in boxes, and as i tried to go get her to tell her to come back he was tripping on me and grabbed me and was yelling at me to pay for it all.....worst experience and worst buffet ever.

Restaurant is filthy, worse than the average Chinese buffet, and I have eaten in many. Food was ok but nothing special, my daughter and I love Chinese and we ended up leaving several things on the plates that just tasted weird. Service was terrible, asked for water and had to go track the server down after a while to get it as I had to take my lactase before eating so I sat for quite a while as my food got cold. That was the last time I saw anyone, the plates stacked up, no refills, nobody checking or cleaning anything. I will never go back and did not leave a tip. Hoping I don't get food poisoning to be honest.

For starters we walked in and an over powering stench of fishy fish in the verge of going bad, if not already. Then the carpets were the dirtiest I have ever seen, black and green pistachio looking substance smeared over it as well. My husband used the bathroom and said he has never seen anything like it and he is from L. A. Gang writing on everything and it was filthy. God only knows what the kitchen was like.... We will never go back. Hit and miss on the food as well.... the mushrooms were actually good, and safe to eat, as well as the rice. That’s what deserves the one star. I am in awe that the health department doesn’t have an issue with the cleanliness.

This place is always great. The food is good, its just buffet food. A lot of the classics with some rotating dishes that are always pretty good. The staff is always friendly, even if their english isn't always perfect some times. The prices are pretty good for what you get too. My favorite is getting the food to go and just paying by the pound. I've gone a lot and always enjoyed the food.
