Burger King

The hamburger "quarter pounder" is not a good buy. Barely has anything on it with exception of cheese. Not enough mayonnaise, mustard or catsup. You have to hunt to find that as well as onion. They advertise on TV great bargains for $5.00 or $6.00 but all of the local Burger King's do NOT honor the advertised prices. For elderly on fixed income this is a disservice!!!

Ordered our food then they said they would bring us our food to play area. So we were given receipt and drink cups. We went to play area and waited and waited. And finally after 45 minutes I went up front and asked if they knew where my order was and she a different gal said she'd look and then bring it out to me. So I got our drinks and went back to play area a few seconds later here she comes with our food explaining it had been under the warmer for some time the guy didn't bring it out to us. I was so upset so we got old food because there customer service sucks. Yeah not happy with the burger king on 1st st. Next to home depot the bigger guy with dark hair behind the counter shouldn't say he'll bring it to you if he won't. Very rude!!! At least my grandson had a fun time playing the chicken strips were so over cooked he wouldn't eat them. So they are gonna be dogs treats but all in all at least he got to have fun playing. And the gal was super sweet and helped us find the food and got it to us finally. Thank you Hilda you are amazing. Hope they know how sweet and kind you are. Great customer service skills too. If it wasn't for her I would have asked for my money back and left. But her smile made me feel like ( just shut up and eat the old food) so I did it wasn't her fault it was the guys! Ugh...

I went through the drive-thru and ordered what ended up being one of the messiest Burgers I've ever had. Not really complaining about that it was super delicious. But after making a huge mess I looked in my bag and what did they give me? 64 packets of ketchup (slight exaggeration) that I did not ask for or use and absolutely no napkins. I'm sorry I didn't realize you needed to ask for napkins at this place it's just a given EVERYWHERE ELSE!
