Super friendly staff 1st time ever going into a donut shop , we went in early morning right when the donuts were warm and fresh would like to see more verity in the donut selection but what they do have is pretty 🔥 i gotta say my favorite was the blueberry fritter yum! Coffee was so so but it paired well w the donuts

It was our first time ever at Krispy kreme and I will NEVER GO BACK. Absolutely Horrible service, rude staff, no clean tables, dirty bathrooms, I witnessed staff cursing out one another and arguing about who's turn it us to get the customer, while I sat with my small children for a donut. I don't recommend the Santa belly donut nor do I recommend taking small children to this establishment. I'm so disappointed in Krispy Kreme.

Only half of what was on the menu was made. Mic wasn't working I assume negate we had to repeat our order about 4 times. Kid working was pretty polite

I went to Richland yesterday to krispy cream .didnt have donuts we wanted. Today went to Yakima location and again same thing. What's the point in having a donuts place that doesnt have DONUTS!!. This happens more times than not!.

Love their donuts! Never have a bad experience here. Easy drive up window. My great grandchildren love their holiday seasons donuts all decorated so pretty!
