If no stars was an option I’d leave that. Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever had. Was greeted with just a blank stare like “why are you and your friend here” and proceeded with “Did you order yet” which was very confusing because we had just walked in and was standing at the cash register to order 🤣 Then we were yelled at twice because the two employees kept messing up the order and no idea how to use their computer, then also got yelled at (again) because I asked for something I paid for, that they forgot to put it in the bag. (I literally just asked for the cup of cream cheese) Highly recommend never going to this location. Find a local spot, or walk to extra .2 to Starbucks

Ordered an iced cappuccino. They gave me an iced latte. I asked to have it remade. Each time they took it away then turned around and handed me literally the exact same drink in the exact same cup. Gave up after three tried because they clearly don't know how to make their own drinks.

Great ice water but I personally don't like Dunkin coffee or food. The people are very nice.

You're standard dunks, at least the people who work there speak perfect English and make the coffee just the way I like

Poor customer service, we couldn’t complete our order without the cashier stepping away from register to use her cellphone, didn’t take our order until a little line built up, and then threw her hands up when I asked for a croissant “I don’t have any” good hen she never mentioned it to begin with. Very bad representation of Dunkin’ Donuts customer service!

Got my order incorrect, and then gave me attitude when i politely asked them to fix it and told me " I should be more specific".
I ordered a cocoa mocha latte, with a shot of hazelnut and whipped cream.
I got a hazelnut latte with no whipped cream.
Don't know why this was so difficult.

Wanted a small hot latte at 5:35 pm. Lady said “I make latte no more”. So even though the doors are open till 6, they probably stop serving at 5:30 😕
