Terrible customer service at register. Used my rewards card and credit card to buy a few items, machine would not work when i tapoed no cash back so it took me back to start over. Store was not busy. Person at register was a guy...eating dounuts , and mad that i asked if i had to use my rewards card to start again ,basically used loud alost yelling tone then began the process again said i did not want to do debit machine would not work when i tapped ,by the way had to walk over to the orher side of the counter when bebgan , dont you hate that, bo sign that says use this side, so then he got really mad and pushed the nachinexhard for me ....not a pleasent experience at 8 am.

I called to ask ONE question and exactly 4 words into my question, the Indian dude says " I'm too busy to talk call back later"!! Well DAAAAM dude, if your THAT busy, how and why the HELL'A did you pick up your fone?? I'll never do business with this 7-11, it's up on Grafton St at Billings Sq!! FORGET HIM!!
