Mcdonald's

McDonald's West Boylston St, Worcester MA. Ordered 2 plain hamburgers and they were both like this, missing half the meat. Ended up putting both pieces of burgers together to make 1 complete hamburger. I come here a lot, and usually have no problems, but this us the 2nd time this happens. I understand it's fast food, but come on... you can do better! Thank you.

Came here for apple pies. The first time I ordered 4, paid, then was told that they didn't have any, asked if I would wait 10 min. After a few minutes, I was asked if I wanted to swap with cinnamon buns instead. I agreed. They gave me 2 cinnamon buns. I was in a hurry, didn't want to argue that I ordered 4 pies for a reason. Fast forward a few months, today I asked first if they had 4 apple pies, the ordering girl said yes. So I paid at the window. Got to the pick up window, they gave me a bag of French fries and a big Mac! Good thing I looked. So I gave the bag back, was told again that I'd have to wait for 10 minutes. Needless to say, I'll never come here again. Poor service. Incompetent staff. The Dunkin across the street is much better with more complicated orders.

Somehow they thought I ordered 4 fries. But I ordered 1. They said they read that back to me twice. That did not occur. When I asked why it was that price at 44$ and I provided the mobile app code twice, they didn’t process it. No code coupon added to the price from my rewards. Then when I left, I noticed they gave me 1/2 a large fries in spite. Then the car behind me going crazy beeping. I gave up and left. Two weeks prior. They ask for kids meals and they said double fries or apple slices. I ask for double fries. I didn’t get double fries nor any of the sauces. Just normally get apples but didn’t get that for the kids meals either. Nuggets all Crusty and hard. We need to eat healthier anyways. Not going back there for as long as humanly possible. Thanks for nothing!

They said I ordered 4 fries but I ordered 1 fry. They didn’t use my rewards and told me I ordered 4 again. They gave me 1/2 a large fry in spite. I was nice. Calm and sorry they assumed the wrong order. They tried to blame each other saying they read it back to me. They didn’t. Regardless I said I just don’t need 4 large fries and not even get my coupon rewards. I’m Not poor. Just the principle of it. Not going back. Need to be healthier anyways. This place is heart failures nightmare.

These people are really hard working and they really try that being said the sheer volume of customers at McDonald's it's just not really possible for the orders to be accurate with current staff volume. This location is really decent about fast ordering and quick turnaround time and the only thing is just they tend to forget items or sauces or special instructions if your order is too complicated unfortunately they just deal with too many orders each day.

I would love it if just once this location could actually get an order correct. Every time I come through the order is never made the way I ask. MAYBE instead of the person on the headset screwing around with they’re friends and over talking the person ordering that wouldn’t be an issue. OH and also I ordered a Mc double plain and got a single cheese burger with everything on it 😡
