Trash store, trash service, trash food.
Drive a LITTLE further and go to the next franchise you won't be disappointed.
Each visit turns into a problem. They provide the wrong food, forget to give you items ordered, staff is rude, always something there!
The manager Karina is so unprofessional, how can you except her team to be any better? I asked if their's caffeine in a drink and was answered "you can look it up online" mind you, I'm at the drive through ordering, with cars behind me. When speaking to her, she is answering you in Spanish and refuses to speak English. Simply a mess. Will never step foot there again thanks to their poor service.

Took over 35 min just to get 2 double cheeseburger's and a small fry, that was after I waited 15 min just for someone to take my order once it was my turn. Place was filthy no matter where you tried to sit. Then to top it all off they messed up my order.

The only time i write reviews about fastfood is either my information got stolen, or they actually do their jobs correctly. To my relief this mcid's is on point amd friendly.

Rather surprised that the bathroom doors were locked, but then noticed a suboxone clinic across the parking lot. Area does not look sketchy but apparently it is.

Womans bathroom was out of order, you have to be buzzed in to access the bathroom, the men's room was in service though, yet it looked like the homeless guy before me took a bath in the sink and clogged it. The urinal has an open hole in the wall at genital height, I looked in it and didn't see a camera or anything but that could change, watch out! Here's a review of my mcdouble with extra onions. Take note of the burger on their website vs what I got. Shout out to the window lady with the braces who recognized we probably didn't get our sauce for the 4 piece nuggets and resolved the issue. Additionally, the presentation of the large chocolate shake was immaculate, perfect whipped cream spiral, I suspect the braces woman made this as she was on her A game.

Stopped by needed windshield washer
Looked in front of me, and seen Mickey D's ordered 2 orders and honestly they were very good....taste good hot every thing was in the Bag great lunch.....for the both of us.....
