Used to come here often but now? Just do not. The food is usually fine but staff service is very lacking. Placed an order in non rush time. I get there, no frosty? That’s fine, just put it back on my card. I asked for a receipt of this which they made me wait 5 minutes before coming back out and telling me the receipt printer is broken and that it’ll be another ten minutes. I cut the loss and leave and sure enough I received no refund of any kind. I was as patient as I always am with the hardworking workers of the food industry and got burned for it. Stay away.

Do not go to this location within the last hour of closing. They will send you away claiming “We can’t take anymore orders because the machines down.” They may say that “there’s nothing they can do” but it’s BS because they have full control. When I asked them if it was going to be an everyday thing, the worker replied “Yes. Sometimes we finish the shift, sometimes we don’t.” Personally, I feel that is unacceptable with a very few exceptions, including safety. You should not be working the closing shift if you are going to close the entire store based solely on personal satisfaction.

After waiting in line for what felt like hours, we arrived to find out that there frosty machine was broken. This was the 3rd week the machine was out of order. They did not inform people like us that the machine was broken prior to waiting in line resulting to us wasting out time. They are advertising a new item and cannot fulfill customers needs and wants.

I go here frequently, as it's a convenient place while I'm delivering for UPS. However, they've been learning the dining room closed for ordering and my UPS truck won't make it through the drive thru. It happens frequently enough and I've noticed that I'm not the only one who's been annoyed with it. Every time it's closed I take my business elsewhere. And lately I've just not bothered to go by. I really like Wendy's better than the other burger places, but this particular location just hasn't been up to snuff.

They unplug their phones so You won’t be Able to call They Hire Minors who don’t want to do their jobs let alone OPEN A STORE for business. Drive through is Ridiculous. They have you waiting to place an order Cause NO ONE WANTS TO WORK. Bathrooms are filthy! The DINING ROOM IS ATROCIOUS and still has fruit flies everywhere ESPECIALLY in the middle of WINTER. Fries are NEVER Fresh, the burgers are undercooked The nuggets are mushy Be careful when placing an order for Pick Up.. the doors are ALWAYS LOCKED. No one where hair caps, Kids doing TikTok’s where the Sinks are OR back window drive through.
