For all the negative reviews being posted about this 7eleven you might need to reevaluate how your experience was. Some of you customers come in and are extremely rude and disrespectful and you shouldn't treat sales associates like that when they are just trying to do their best to service you and your needs. Think about how you'd like to be treated if the roles were switched and then treat more of them with proper kindness! We are human just like you! Understand that we want the same respect we give to you, as Everyone deserves to be respected no matter where you might work.

Went to 7 Eleven on Main St.today try cash $100 lottery ticket and the employee told me in order for her to cash it that I have to spend $70 in tickets.😡I never going back to that place.

There is a mask mandate here in Worcester and your staff were walking around and not wearing their masks properly or not wearing them at all. I find this totally wrong seeing how I work in a grocery store and know all staff should be wearing one.

The staff was rude and screamed at me, while I went to the store at 9:00 pm, the staff was screaming 'we are closed, and can't you see it's written we close at 10:00 pm' ... This makes no sense! I felt severly disrespectful. Never going to visit again.
