Bought a small Italian there. I had to tell the woman there what meat does into an Italian and she put 3 pieces of 3 different meats, loaded it up with lettuce and wrapped it up. It was basically all bread with very little meat. Never going there again and if your looking for a good sub don't go there either.

I’ve never had a bad experience before but this is the first time I’ve been here in years and the spinach was wet and old. I can still taste it in my mouth. I didn’t have the heart to say anything because the worker was nice. But i had to spit out the rest of the sandwich.

Idk if it was a bad time but the woman they have working tonight on the shrewsbury street location is clearly on something … she was barely able to complete our order. Might wanna check on your employees

I would definitely recommend this place, the staff is so kind and they always remember my order, I don't have that much time for lunch but they always make sure I take advantage of every single minute of it by being fast and efficient. LOVE THE SANDWICHES !!!

Good location, nice people, and a nice place to sit and eat. East park (Christoforo Columbo park) is right across the street too!
For a subway branch this is one of the better ones in the city.

3 time that i come the employees was on her phone with the Gloves and she was going to take care of me with the same gloves she was using her phone didn't even Toasted my sub in the right temperature i had to tell her to toasted 2 times Worse customer service

I really like the sandwiches here, they are so tasty and super fresh. Great environment and most important is always super clean.

Just like any other store in the franchise. Clean location. Unfortunately, The last time I ordered here, they left out the bacon from my chicken and bacon melt.
