Service and atmosphere isn't down to staff down to the other customers that was in there on the day that my partner and I went in they was loud disrespectful and act like they own the place and stopping other customers placing their orders and they could see that they was very best and they was 4 members short

Please can the staff here go and train the staff in Kidderminster. They're efficient, friendly and the food is quick and hot when you get it.

My family and I are very impressed of the friendliness and politeness of their staff called KIT! she was ever so good and helpful. Even it was my mistake for forgetting to mention my allergy but she happily offered to change it and went to prepare it herself for me and brought it to our table. This is not the first time we came and being served by her so I thought this time I must write a review because she is and always been so pleasant and helpful to us. Well done Kit! And thank you for being so nice to us, patient and helpful 🙏.

I accidentally ordered a regular popcorn chicken and I wanted a large so I asked in the next drive through window if I could swap it and a lovely lady told me that she would change it to a large with no extra charge. 10/10 thanks.😌

I love food and everytime I eat here, am stuffed and happy. The location is great, food is good and so is the staff.
