Applebee's

Very busy but extremely efficient. Was seated in about 15 minutes upon arrival. We were waited on immediately for drink order, upon return with drinks the 5 of us gave our order, appetizers served promptly and the same for the meal. Everything from kitchen was perfect to the order. Wait person was friendly and sufficiently checked back with us for drinks and clearing of used dinnerware. We were very impressed!!! Way to ROCK IT Applebee's in Wooster Ohio

I dined in on a Saturday for dinner which is typically a busy time which is understandable. So I asked how long the wait was, told 45 minutes. I waited the 45 and never received the text that my table was ready. I called and was told "you're not next but you're the one after next." OK, so I take my 6 year old and 10 month old in so we were ready. Well, we ended up sitting inside and waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes and watched them seat 3 times while we sat there and they were calling a ton of names that weren't us. I walked up to the hostess desk and complained and imagine that, we got seated right away. Luckily, our waitress was kind and efficient. However between the wait list and hostess end of things I was not and am not thrilled. The gentleman at the door did great getting me set up for the list. However, communication with the hostess and him with the waitlist needs improvement.

Told would only be 20 minute wait took 45 minutes then half our food was cold and even to get the food took another 45 minutes. Then the one employee Erik he was the one seating guest proceeded to talk very loudly about his personal life right beside us during our whole time there and he was ignoring other guest who came in, multiple who just ended up leaving without even being talked to.

The service was lousy. We had to wait about 45 minutes for are appetizer. And the waitress put the single plate of onion's ring on the table and no apologies for being late. The food took almost a hour. And the cook is the one who brought out the food. My very boney riblets was very dry and the bbq sauce was tasteless. We had to ask for refills on our drinks to another waitress and silver wear

This place is a joke. I was there tonight alone! Sat at the bar maybe one other table in the entire place. Ordered 3 appetizers and a beer. My food came out 40 minutes after i ordered! Not one person asked me how things were! I took a bite of my first plate of food and it was cold I moved on to the next it was luke warm I ate it. 20 plus minutes after I started eating still no one asking how things were. No silverware?? Napkin??? No seeing if I needed anything!! Get done eating still sitting there with no one checking on me! The “bartender” asked me finally if there was anything else I needed and I said well my food is cold! He said well do you want it remade I politely asked please take it off of my bill! After 30 plus minutes after sitting there with no customer service what so ever!!! It’s amazing how bad customer service has went down hill! Go here if you want no customer service and cold food! #notip

Walked in,nice greeter,opens the door. Rude hostess tells us to step outside and talk to the greeter who let us in there in the first place.I feel as though the hostess and the greeter should be on the same page.. she also could have said it in a more friendly tone, not have been so condensending.We took our money elsewhere. It will be a very long time before we go back.
