Bob Evans

Drove up from Atlanta, GA and wanted a good meal vs fast food for dinner. Got the Farmer's Choice with hash browns and bacon. The hash browns were not fully cooked and had a raw potato taste. The bacon was super crispy. It was about 30 mins before closing so that might have been why the hash browns were under cooked. The pancakes were excellent! Very fluffy and flavorful. We also got the roast turkey dinner with biscuits. Everything was great. Our server was Izzy. She was friendly and efficient.

Ordered for delivery, got a message that my person was there to pick up Order and my food wasn't ready yet, she waited 20 minutes and it still wasn't ready. I called the restaurant and spoke with someone who said it was just finished and being bagged now. Now remember I stated the person had already been waiting 20 minutes, we were literally 3 minutes down the road. When we received our food it was COLD TO THE TOUCH. Please explain that to me. If it was being cooked when she got there and bagged after I called....how was EVERYTHING COLD??? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Won't Ever Order from Bob Evans again! If I could give NO stars I would.

I hadn’t been to this Bob Evans in a few years and I was pleasantly surprised! With the remodel it has almost a Cracker Barrel feel to it. Super cute farmhouse decor, lots of merchandise, and best of all great service! They kept the coffee coming and even offered a to go cup when we left. Food was tasty, normal breakfast fare, with good prices. I will definitely go again soon!

Very poor experience...considerably a ZERO STAR RATING- the place as a whole was exceptionally filthy. I would have to say fighting off ants on our table, dealing with our very rude, unamused, and inattentive waitress Tina, holding extremely sticky menus, and sitting at a table that didnt look like it had been wiped down before we were seated as it too was sticky and had food particles on it, was not my idea of a good start to the morning. The entire ceiling is covered in thick dust, especially around the air vents. I have zero plans to return to this location.

Ants crawling on the table. Menu was sticky. Waitress Tina seemed very unamused to be at work. We received a to-go box and then after some time, we decided we no longer needed the to-go box. I then watched as waitress Tina placed the now considered dirty box back on the stack of to go boxes instead of throwing it away. I would imagine that once an item is given to a table, you don't know what was in the box or how much the customer has touched it. It is now going to be given to the next person who wants a box. Unsanitary and disgusting. If they do this with styrofoam boxes, who's to say they don't do the same with forks, spoons, knives, plates, cups, straws, etc. It is also visable how poorly the air system is maintained as you can see the dirt and dark spots fanned out from each vent on the cieling. I'm not sure why this bob evans has let itself go since the last time I've been here but I will surely make sure to not to go back. Management is clearly lacking. Hope they turn things around
