First picture is the large Drink, which is not filled up. The second one is the correction. Although, this entire past week, I have been getting my drinks completely filled to the top. Unfortunately, I do not have an imagined showing it. But Jamba Juice in woodland tried playing it off by saying that they are using different cups, but it’s the same one I have been getting at least for the past two weeks and those past times I have ordered, all drinks were filled to the top. Point being, make sure they are making the correct size for you. It was not fair that my mom had to return from her way to Dixon. It’s the principal of it.

My drink was really good and normally they all are but my boyfriend got a peanut butter banana smoothie and every so often he would sip out blue wrapper-like pieces like the one pictured below. I have no idea what they are honestly. I tried to call but no one picked up. Ill talk to someone next time I come in but I was really disappointed that I had to pay for something we ultimately couldnt drink.

Extremely rude employees!! We are from out of state and a man was in the business without a mask, we figured the business was relaxed on the mask rule. so we put our masks in our pocket and then walked in. Apparently according to the extremely rude woman working the front with the most disgusting attitude. People who are picking up orders do not have to wear masks. She was so unpleasant and lacked professionalism and customer service. Understand, this is not about being told to wear a mask. We had no issues with that, but to argue with customers and tell us to “get out” while a man WITHOUT a mask is standing in the BUILDING! Won’t be returning… Someone needs to work on training employees how to treat customers in a respectable way at this location.

Went in with my daughter this morning and ordered three smoothies at the counter. Rude employee at the register doesn't say hello or anything at all. This employee is rudely scolding people about the quality of their face masks while she and other employees are not wearing any face masks at all. Only one employee was wearing a face mask. When I pointed this unacceptable situation out to the shift manager, I was given a very lackluster response. People in this community need to be aware that their food is being prepared at this location by employees who are not following proper health/safety protocols.

Fast service, friendly people. Edit: Spent over 8 dollars on a chunky strawberry bowl and my container was only half full. They were out of fresh strawberries so the lady suggested blueberries or me to go buy my own to put in my bowl. All the "fresh" bananas were dark and very ripe so i asked if there was any more bananas but the response didnt really answer my question all she said was they were taken out the fridge and i could get extra granola instead of the banana because they weren't allowed to throw those away. I got the blueberries and went for the extra granola which i did not get. Don't know if ill be back.
