Chris Michael's Steakhouse

I went to the bar mainly to just have drinks but I was a little hungry in the menu looked incredible and the food was absolutely delicious. Drinks were also great and the bartenders Jasmine and Frankie were awesome, very good people. They look like they work very hard just as everyone else to the people in the kitchen. The octopus is absolutely amazing

The food came out fast and tasted really good. I liked that several servers were checking on me, so I didn't have to worry about my server getting busy or forgetting about me. It was a Friday night and it looked like it was 50% full, so It seemed like the service was good compared to what I had read in other reviews. I ordered the "Frank's Famous Sangria" and it was good. The Octopus was great and the Scallops with the risotto were tasty as well. I finished it out with a nicely presented Crème brûlée. I would eat here again.

I'm going to start this off by saying -- how does this place not have more reviews?! I really like the atmosphere of this venue. I ordered the 16 oz ribeye and it was *delicious*. I've only had that kind of flavor at one other steakhouse, my mouth started to water after my first bite. Amazing. Although I don't drink, apparently this place has won some unique awards (pictured), which is kind of cool. The lobster mac and cheese is... expensive ($39), but after eating it the next day, I can tell why. I've never tasted lobster that fresh in a side. It was amazing. Also, what put this place over the top to me was the little, very pretty flowers that they put on to garnish the plate. They look so beautiful and it was very unique and a nice touch. The negatives are few and far between, and I'm only removing one star: They seem to use some sort of Eco-friendly take home packaging. It does not hold up well with the mac and cheese and when removing the mac and cheese, I had little pieces of paper mixed with some of the mac, forcing me to throw away a few bites of it. Not the end of the world, but a little disappointing. On our check, we had a line item that stated "FIRE TABLE", which makes me curious what that means. I have no idea if that was the result of the person I was with asking for substitutions or not. I couldn't find anything about this nomenclature after a quick search. The last thing is, I added a tip on the check and left cash. They took the cash but didn't charge my card. So I hope Lucila gets the rest of the tip we set aside for her :) All and all, this place is awesome, and I look forward to coming back. You won't regret coming here -- FIRE TABLE, or not 🤷‍♂️😎

I had an insanely positive experience at Chris Michaels. I booked this restaurant for my husband’s birthday and there are no words to express how outstanding the service was. The staff attended to our every need, they even helped me decorate the lounge for my private event. The owner personally made it his mission to make sure we had a superb evening. They took care of everything so we wanted for nothing. The food was also very good. They came out and sang Happy Birthday and brought out the cake with candles lit since I forgot my own candles at home. All in all it was a 5 star experience! If your looking for a place to host your birthday party look no further Chris Michaels is it !

The food at Chris Michael's doesn't disappoint. The service however left much to be desired. Posting a sign in the middle of the dining room about being short staffed doesn't excuse poor hospitality. I went there for a special dinner with eight friends. We were seated in the middle of the doorway near the entrance to the kitchen. Considering that I made a reservation, I felt this was a poor choice. When I asked the waiter to provide separate checks to make it easier on my guest I was told that would be too difficult. Only to have him separate the meals but not the drinks. Half my guest received water while the other half went without. They kept getting our orders wrong and they kept interrupting my guest throughout dinner with the clearing of the table. The whole experience felt like cattle being herded instead of the fine dining experience I wanted for my birthday. As much as I enjoyed the food and drinks I would never go back with a large party or go there to celebrate. The staff simply can not handle it. I wish my review could have been different.
