Have not been in personally because of the sketchy people looking for on demand jobs and the loitering around the store making it feel unsafe. Manager needs to kick these people off his property so I can come in and get what I need without being harassed, robbed, or even being stared at!

I recently stopped at the 7 Eleven location at 13990 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Woodbridge, VA 22191, and I experienced terrible customer service behavior by one of the employees.
On Monday, June 27th 2022, between the 7:00 AM-8:00 AM timeframe, a female employee profiled me and basically suspected me of stealing some chips just because I was supposedly taking forever and I had a couple plastic bags in hand. However, the reason why I was taking so long is because I was looking for a particular flavor that I wanted but I couldn’t find it so I just kept looking which kept me there a bit longer. However, because of that she thought I was fixing to steal. Which is unacceptable. If security is such a concern at certain locations, which I understand, there should be security and cameras all over the place. However, profiling and suspecting everyone of stealing things just because they might take a little more time or they might appear a certain way is totally unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
Please tell me how to report and file a complaint.

Feels like the least safe place in Woodbridge. Always dozens of sketchy looking people hanging around outside and behind the 7 Eleven on the hill. I have never seen a 7 Eleven anywhere else with such an issue so I am not sure why they cannot do better.

The 711 doesn’t feel safe at all I try to avoid it at All cost there’s Always Hispanic guys hanging around the 711 giving you a stare I feel like I’m going to get robbed using the atm.

BEWARE OF HOMELESS!!!!
I watched a female driver in the turn lane to go north bound on rt1 have her car hit by a homeless man trying to get her attention to get money. He used his hands on her car and I am sure she was scared to death. I am off this week and I am going to go back just to watch and record these animals who want to beg for money instead of getting a job. This was a tall white male, middle 30’s very dirty clothes, beard and curly hair.
WATCH OUT FOR HIM AND A BLACK MALE WHO WAS ACCOMPANYING HIM.

Same service, casher is always wasting time, but rushes you to pay. 8 items, no bag no receipt. Always have to ask. Never going back. Gave me the wrong cigarette s to.

everyone inside the store is fine. Except the cashier's they are disrespectful, rude, always has a bad temper, they never want to put the items in the bag, and they do not give recit, they throw away the change and never say thank you
