Burger King

It’s Burger King, so no surprises. However, I’d like to highlight that the service here is good and my orders are always accurate, which significantly contributes to the overall experience. I’ve only ever used the drive thru, so I can’t speak to the inside. The outside could use a little sprucing up and repaving around the drive thru lane, but it’s not horrible.

The woman at the drive by window was incredible patient attentive ,with a smile at the window when we picked up food she even gave us extra ketchup and bbq sauce ,we had a large order and she listened and helped us with a smile made our day since we were on the road going home from Florida ... THANK YOU!!! Burger King should give you a raise and Make you a manager!!!

It’s a whopper. No burger spot is touching it. Not Wac Arnolds, not Daves daughter, (she’s closer than Ronald McDonald). There’s not enough of them in our area for you to get tired of eating there either. They’re spread out like chick filet. Not on every corner like Ronald. Service is what it is. It’s fast food people, not a gourmet restaurant. Most likely teenagers working there, and you were a teen before so you know how it goes

Supposed to be a sourdough king yet they didn't even bother to toast the bread only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they guy at the drive thru with the ling dreads gave very good customer service and it was only until I get home I noticed I had a sandwich I could have made at home.. Outside the service i got from him I would have rated as 2 stars.

When it gets busy here, wait times will start to slowly grow. The staff treated us well, though and the dining room is actually open on a weeknight. I'm pleased that the tomatoes on my Whopper weren't the ends with the hard core still on it. It was cheap, too, with the 2 for $5 deal going on right now. You really can't complain when you get through a drive thru under $10 and your food was good, even when your wait was around 10-15 minutes to order.

1/2021 Updated Review: Store is now under new management and is much better. Service is great and the workers are friendly. Food is much better quality, like someone cared when making it. Much improved store! 8/22 Updated Review: Stopped by yesterday, around 10:15am, to get breakfast and the drive-thru line was long so I decided to go inside, such a bad idea. I walked inside and to the cash register, the manager turned around from the food pickup area and then slammed his hands down on the metal surface and yelled every time i turn around there is another person at the register and then walked away to the drive-thru area leaving me there by myself with no service. At this point I told him very loudly that I did not need to get food from this store and would go elsewhere. He never came back and apologized or anything. I will never eat at this BK location again. If you don't want to do your job then find a new one. Very slow service. Restaurant is not clean, the ice is always empty and the soda are always out. This place needs better management. Skip this one and go to the one by Potomac Mills.
