Zizzi

Zizzi has always given tasty food, no matter what I have order it has been very nice. The service has is great by all staff. Today Roland was our waiter and we were looked after brilliantly, couldn't have been looked after better, so a BIG Thank you to Roland. Worth a visit any day, we will be going again.

I came in last week and was taken care of by Andre, Sam and Gina. I've also got great experience with Kate and Annibal plus the other guys who work here (sorry for not remembering their names). I had a fish dish with a lemon flavoured sauce plus some potatoes which tasted superb. I also ate some chicken pasta which was also great as well plus I really liked that the chicken in the pasta was halal! Something which stood out to me in particular was the excellent way in which the manager man Andre addressed a not so ideal situation which had happened in the restaurant (a heavy amount of alcohol was involved). I really felt for how he was treated that evening and I really appreciated the way he maintained his manners, politeness and character. I'm sorry for the not so nice behaviour Andre had to face that day and appreciate him making the effort to not let it ruin the experience for everyone else in the restaurant. I had a quick visit on a Saturday evening in which the restaurant was very busy. Waiting times were a little bit long but I am quite a patient person so i didn't complain as long as my food was coming. The calamari and garlic pizza bread I had was very good. I did not have any main course but I did have a dessert however, which was the hot chocolate pudding with vanilla ice cream. It was nice but very rich! Service from the waitresses was good and maybe a little more information about when the food will be ready if the waiting times are long. It was a good meal however!
