Tonight's visit was bad 4/8/22 at 5:37pm ordered on the application 3 large decaf ice coffee not ready when I got there as usual the room that was working didn't even notice I was waiting the girl that finally notice only made 2 she didn't have enough for 3 didn't even tell me she went to the young man that was working which I have had a problem with before he is always paying to much attention to his ear pods or his phone I belive they used hot coffee to make my ice coffee and for the price u pay for their coffee you should get what you ordered

Place is a joke no one listens always Rushing you never make your coffee right you get to work and it was horrible the cream smells bad one of the employees told me there was mold in the coffee machines they haven’t been cleaned in forever The hot coffee always taste burnt and is never warm they never give you a receipt the drive-through is so slow all the way backed up into the street The owner of the Mobil has to go out and direct traffic five workers 4 of them standing around one taking orders The rest of them on their phones or talking to their friends doesn’t do you want to look at his cameras is in that why he has them he should be calling saying get to work to something they never have product are always out of stuff and less you want diarrhea I would stay away from that mold infested place!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and don’t buy cold brew because it’s not cold brew they charge you for it like your dum An don’t no the difference piss warm ice coffee slow slow staff that argue with you I want what I want an what I pay for!!!! And the new girl manager is rude slow drive threw 20 min a car go to Winn st dunks in an out less than 4 Minutes even if line is in the street like I said this place is a joke owner Dan of mobil should close pull there contract and sell his own green mountain coffee!!!! He’d be rich

I was here a week ago and the staff took forever to help me inside. I went through the drive-through this morning and I can honestly say I'll never do that again. No sandwiches or wraps while in the drive-through. I get it, it's busy and you want to keep the line moving. Only problem is the sign that says this is mashed into 4 other signs telling you not to block traffic etc. Fine, I'll take a bagel with butter on it. "I can't put the butter on it can I put it on the side?" I'm not some helpless schmuck but the reason I'm in the drive-through is because I want to get my food and be on my way. There were at least 4 staff members inside as well, don't tell me you can't put butter on a damn bagel.
