Arby's

I order 1/2 roast beef(how can you ness that up) 2 white cheddar Mac n cheese- I really liked it. But I was most excited for the new spicy chicken. I ordered without jalapenos. This is my fish sandwich. Mind you this is how it was wrapped and it felt squished for some reason. This was the worse service I have ever had and the bad part the manager Candice was on the line and was the one bagging. So she knew exactly what I was getting! This is horrible.

TL:DR: don’t buy microwaved Mac and cheese when you can bake some at home better. I don’t make reviews at all but because my experience was so jarring, I had to say something. I ordered 2 items for myself, the white cheddar Mac and cheese and the Chicken Cheddar Ranch sandwich. The sandwich turned out alright so no complaints about that. My issue was the Mac and cheese itself. Going through a slow (slow as in not being busy), I’d still expect Arby’s to take their time because they value quality way more than fast service unlike McDonald’s. When I got my food, I didn’t get my utensils for the Mac and cheese. I went back through the drive thru and asked for the utensils. I ended up getting a small attitude from the person in the window like it’s a big deal to give me a utensil for the Mac and cheese. I guess I was expected to eat the food with my bare hands I guess. Well, when I got to eating the Mac and cheese, it is IMMEDIATELY clear that the team here microwaved the bowl. The center was so cold, the frozen macaronies were barely melted while the outside was..warm. Even though the lid said the food was “extremely hot.” Anyway, not sure if this is an isolated thing, maybe it’s just this particular store or whatever. But wow. What an experience. Crispy chicken was still good though.

We wasn't sure where we wanted to eat that night so we pulled up to the drive thru menu and immediately I knew I had to eat at Arby's specifically, they had a big picture of their promotional burger, the EVER SO AWESOME WAGYU STEAK BURGER! My husband decided he wanted an orange cream shake. It was all delicious. Now to the only downside which I know isn't the crew members faults, they were amazing as well. For 2wagyus, 2regular beef n cheddar's, a 20 oz shake and an order of curly fries with cheese was $40+... So that is why I'm giving only 4stars , however it was only over prices, everything else was amazing

Expensive for cold food. If I wanted a cold sandwich I would go to subway next time. Fries under cooked. The lobby was so dirty and no where to sit because they can't clean. No napkins. Bathrooms was so dirty I'd rather went to a construction site and used there port-a-potty. I would never gave a star but had no choice.
