Burger King

The employee working the drive thru seemed to lack system knowledge. My family and I pulled up to the window and attempted to redeem an offer from the BK app and the employee replied by saying that he was unable to enter the offer code. He didn't even try to make an attempt to figure out how to work his POS system or ask for assistance from one of his peers. Never had a BK location reject their own offer codes until this location...and the chicken fries that we ordered were cold not even heat lamp warm. SMH

Food was hot and fresh. Our cashier Jose was extremely pleasant and patient with my grandkids changing their minds. Jose made sure that we had all the condiments we needed, packed up the food so it was easy to carry, and made the experience very enjoyable; we will definitely visit this Burger King again. As we were leaving, the staff was wiping diwn the counters; thanks to their precautions I feel safe eating there. Thank you Winters Burger King! See you soon!

I went a couple days ago to this restaurant and the times that i been there Ive had to witnesss a couple that instead of attending the customers there back in forth and go in the Office to me that is very un professional they take to long to give the food. To me i dont think they deserve this position hopefully the owner makes changes.

The beef patties both taste and look like they're mixed with fillers, the chicken patties are over breaded and thin enough to dry out and burn easily, and the beverages taste funny most of the time. The ONLY good things they have is their ice cream cones and big breakfast burritos. That's it. I get entire pages of coupons for them every month in the mail, but I would only eat from them if I was absolutely strapped for cash and needed something in my stomach immediately. Otherwise I'd rather eat anywhere, and anything, else.

Refused to serve the firefighters who were still in their full gear on a quick break before going back to the fire line because they didn't have mask. Would not even let them use their shirts as mask. Shame on Burger King and shame on the employees who did this. Wonder if you are even grateful for them saving homes from burning down in your community. Unbelievable!!!
