Consistently undercooked pizza; I really don't know why we continue to order. The one time we get bread sticks, they are burnt. They're really fast with delivery but it seems to come with the cost of undercooked food.

Placed and picked up my order, in the store. The guys that waited on me, Wyatt and Ty, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Got my food home, the best pizza have had from there in a while. Would highly recommend!!!

I kind of enjoyed my experience this time.i odered online and i called the store to double check that my order went in
Ordered triple treat box. No waiting and we enjoyed the pizza, garlic bread sticks, cookies and the wings.
Really enjoyed our meat lovers and veggie lovers CYOP.
Location is very accessible near the highway, QEW going Niagara Falls.
I will definitely go back and do the online order.

If you need to speak with them on the phone be prepared to wait. I spent over 30 minutes trying to get them to pick up after their online system switched my order to carry out instead of delivery and you cannot cancel an order online. Have had this issue every time I needed to get ahold of them the past few months because my coworkers asked me to order from here.

Breadsticks were awesome, chicken wings were really good, and the pizza was great! Not very many good sit-down pizza places left in Winona, so we tried Pizza Hut on a whim after a really tough and chewy $18 pizza from Roccos a couple of weeks ago. We were very happy with Pizza Hut!

Rating 4 because they seem to be improving under new management.
In the past I've had a few orders incorrectly made. Their customer service seems to be a bit disorganized with miscommunication as well. Once I was able to speak with the new local manager, they seemed to genuinely care enough to make things right.
Having said that, the past few orders were fast, fresh, and made correctly.

HORRIBLE. I understand that times are extremely rough and due to staffing people can't be open but let the public know. We had placed a pre-order for a group of students coming to our facility for a tour. When we came to pick up the pizza it said only open for delivery. i even have the confirmation number. Also if they were only open for delivery during that time at least have the courtesy to answer the phone to let people know.

picked up our pizza last night and almost the entire thing was mush, except the outer part. It was NOT cooked! Same pizza we usually always get and never had this problem before.. really is unedible.
