I ordered here for my aunts birthday because I live an hour and a half away. I had given them my phone number and my aunts number so they could let her know they were there because this was a surprise. They had sent the original driver and with no luck, after several attempts. The driver had returned. The other person at the shop called and told me not to worry that he would try one more time himself, to get my aunt her birthday food. I tried my aunts number and because she is older she had shut her phone off for the evening and neither Jake’s pizza or myself could reach her. I was still worried and then suddenly my aunt had called thanking me for the wonderful food, saying it was flavorful, great portions, fabulous for her diet lol! For the price a genuinely good offer. They definitely went out of their way for me and my aunt they are genuinely nice people and they definitely offer a great pizza, lots of cheese, toppings, great cheese garlic bread and a hot lava chocolate cake! Thanks Everyone

The customer service here is excellent! Every time we call to place an order, the employees are professional, polite, and well-spoken, no matter which one we talk to. I honestly can't say enough good things about them. Their delivery time is quick, the pizza is good, they have large portions for their dinners, and they have quite a few appetizers and sandwiches as well. Overall, this is a great local spot for when you're craving pizza!

Frozen pizza quality with homemade prices. Really when ordering a thick crust pizza I expect a hand tossed crust. Instead I get a overly crunchy uniform comes in a box crust. Got the taco pizza.sour cream that comes with is grainy and seperated as if frozen. Very disappointed. I like supporting local business, but rather pay $10 for a frozen pizza if that's the quality.
