Monaco Express

Ever since Messi Shawarma closed down at Tecumseh mall (thx to COVID) we've been searching and searching for a replacement that's either as good or at least close. We tried this place yesterday, and while it was pretty decent, it just doesn't get close enough to Messi Shawarma. Especially the taste of the chicken. Don't get me wrong, this place tastes pretty decent, just not what we're looking for. The cheese sambusik rolls were absolutely delicious tho. The search continues for the next best Shawarma poutine. I'm beginning to lose hope tho.

I had Monaco last night for my birthday as me and my husband often come here for shawarma due to the friendly owner and staff and we always wanted to try the family feast. This is a very good amount of food, there's also a large salad and hummus and pitas's not pictured. If you are looking to feed 8+ people for a good price, I suggest checking this place out

I went to get a chicken shawarma fries and gyro pita, but I wasn't aware that it's usually served using Lamb. After leaving, I called them back, and the person working was super professional and replaced it with chicken free of cost for me. They were professional and respectful other places in Windsor have horrible customer service with rude workers. I recommend this place to anyone living in Windsor.

Today I went in and ordered with my two daughters....We wanted three Mixed Lavash shwarmas, Small fattoush with chicken, Spinach Pies, and Grape Leaves,,,,,Got home to complain because we found out that there was no dressing on the fattoush.....The owner just called and apologized and offered to drive out to Lasalle with a salad and other things.....didn't want him to go out of the way and he said he would take care of us on next order.....Made a bad experience much better.....

Good place to go. Staff are friendly, and the food is good. I usually get the chicken shawarma bowl with rice, and a couple of meat pies. The menu is fairly extensive, with the usual offerings. And everything I tried so far was very good. They have plenty of parking, and for your convenience if you call ahead a pick up window (not a drive thru).
