Great burgers. We ate in the car. Delish. Nice young guy took care of our order.

Food was awesome as always but we had to wait 40 mins to be seated. Covid rules didn't allow even half the restaurant to be seated but at least it wasn't overly noisy.

Where should I begin? We received the wrong drinks, our appetizer AFTER the entree and absolutely no eating utensils. It took nearly 20 minutes for the waitress to bring the correct drinks. By the time she brought us forks, our food was cold. The $15 entree’s lacked food to be quite frank. Bottomless fries? Never offered by the waitress. The appetizer was entirely over cooked and needed to be prepared again. We waited over 40 minutes for the new appetizer. The manager said he would refund the money for the appetizer, the waitress came and took my card but never returned it until I requested. I looked at my bank account and as suspected, the money was not refunded.

Very friendly, fast service. The banzai burger is AWESOME, and I love their milkshakes. Everything was packaged very well for take out. I will definitely be going back!

Service was off the charts in terms of being on top of things, onion rings were good as usual, fries more than acceptable but my burger came out cold. It was put together well and very tasty but just ever so slightly warm on the first bite.

We visited after the lunch and we're delighted to enjoy great juicy burgers as always... delicious frys and decided to splurge on chocolate shakes! The diet buster's were fabulous. Rich in flavor and lots of real ice cream. I'm can't wait to find an excuse to go back!

Service was good, Laura Jo did a good job. Entrees for my wife and I not so much. We ordered cod filets, they were not the best, not sure we'd have them again. All else was good.

Excellent execution! Everything tasted great, great service, and all the "new normal" standards were expertly taken care of. Tables were adequately distanced and sanitized, eating utensils individually wrapped, condiments single serving... Great job adapting to the new world Red Robin! Please keep up the great work!
