I especially like this place in comparison to the others I have visited. They're fast and efficient. The other DD's that I have been to make mistakes often, but not here . The Wilton DD has never made a mistake when servicing me while the others make it a habit. The place is even set up better than most. The help is exceptional, polite, prompt and they know you from your voice. Give this place a huge thumbs up and rate it a 7 if I could. Once you've been a couple times you'll wish they all were the quality of this one. Unfortunately they are not!

The place is right down the road from my house so i go here and get coffee but they like to play games and screw with my coffee some of the employee's are decent most of them are extremely fake and need a personality check sick of the little kid games. Grow up

I've been coming to this location for over a year now. This group of employees are some of the best I've ever seen. They are kind, they listen, and they make you feel welcomed. Very, very few mistakes. And the rare occasion, they are more than happy to fix it. Again, extremely rare. I used to go to a different location and they were rude, didn't listen and pretty much treated you like you were just money. I highly recommend going to this Dunkins. Well run, very clean, fast and again, extremely friendly. 👍👍

Best Dunkin in any direction around here. Wilton blows Farmington out of the water. The girls there are always so kind. The make drinks PERFECT every time! I will always drive an extra few minutes if needed to get some Wilton DD compared to other surrounding stores. My husband goes there every single day too. He would definitely agree this one rocks.
Farmington Dunkin IS AWFUL. They mess up orders constantly, don’t cook food properly, etc.
